2 King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) (hereinafter referred to as Client ) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced vendors/companies (hereinafter referred to as "Vendor") for purchasing of medical equipment and furniture for Basic Health Facilities as per Annex-A on basis of following terms and conditions: Any offer not received as per terms & conditions of the tender enquiry is liable to be ignored. No offer shall be considered if: It is received after the time and date (One week after received tender documents). Not signed & stamped by authorized person on each page of tender document Offer without covering letter on firm letterhead. The offer is ambiguous The offer is received by fax or The offer is from a black listed firm Offer received with shorter validity than required The offer is not conforming to specifications indicated in the tender documents The offer / quoted rates are furnished other than the tender documents Any additional terms & conditions added by the firm Any conditional offer Terms and Conditions 1. Bid will remain valid for a period of 60 days. 2. The rate shall be provided item wise inclusive of all taxes (1-66). 3. Delivery charges must quote separately. 4. Vendor must quote/provide rates against all items. 5. Quotation with missing items will not be acceptable/consider. 6. The Firm will have to provide delivery timeframe, installation, warranty and services period clearly. 7. Payment will be made through crossed cheque to the vendor against invoice after l00% completion (delivery/installation). 8. No payment will be made as advance. 9. The Client have rights to increase or decrease the quantity of items. 10.
