6 HIGH SPEED JUICER VS THE VITAPRO LOW SPEED JUICER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIGH SPEED JUICING AND THE VITAPRO? Traditional High Speed Juicer Traditional juicers utilize a fast-spinning metal blade that spins against a mesh filter, separating juice from flesh via centrifugal force. The problem with high speed juicers is that they generate heat which destroys some of the enzymes in the fruits and vegetables. The heat also oxidizes the nutrients, rendering less nutritious juice than the VitaPro. VitaPro Cold Press Low Speed Juicers This innovative technology extracts juice by first crushing and then pressing fruit and vegetables for the highest juice yield. Because it doesn't produce as much heat, it keeps more of the fresh nutrients intact. The VitaPro uses low speed which actually produces thicker, richer juice as quickly as traditional juicers. There are no metal blades resulting in a greater yield and richer juice. Prepare to be delighted with the VitaPro.
