12 control box B programming Programming Settings that cannot be made directly with the operating elements require programming. For this purpose, the individual settings are structured in the form of operating pages and operating lines, thus forming functional groups of settings. The following example shows how to set the time of day and the date. Example: Setting the time of day - Press ESC to go one step back at a time, adjusted values on the previous page are not memorized. - If no setting is made for 8 minutes, the display returns to the default display. - Depending on the type of controller, some operating lines may be hidden. display pages instructions This is the default display. (If the default display does not show, press the ESC button until it shows.) Press the OK button to select the next operating page. At the bottom of this operating page are two operating lines. One of it is highlighted. Turn the setting knob until the operating line Time of day and date is highlighted. Press OK. At the bottom of this page, the last operating line shows Hours / Minutes. Press OK. Heating curve slope As the heating curve slope is raised, the flow temperature increases the quicker the lower the outside temperature or, in other words, if the room temperature is not correct at low outside temperatures but correct at higher outside temperatures, the heating curve slope requires readjustment. Increase adjustment: Decrease adjustment: Raises the flow temperature, especially when outside temperatures are low. Lowers the flow temperature, especially when outside temperatures are low. The programmed heating curve is based on a room set point of 20 C. If the room set point is adjusted, the heating curve automatically adapts to the new value. The display shows the hours flashing. Turn the setting knob to the current hours. Press OK. The display shows the minutes flashing. Turn the setting knob to the current minutes. Press OK. The settings are saved when the display stops flashing. To return to the default display press the ESC button until it shows. 12
