3 Spring Traps (Approval) (Jersey) Order 1996 Article 1 SPRING TRAPS (APPROVAL) (JERSEY) ORDER 1996 THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Animals (Trapping) (Jersey) Law 1961, 1 orders as follows Commencement [see endnotes] 1 For the purposes of Article 2 of the Animals (Trapping) (Jersey) Law 1961, 2 the spring traps specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order are approved subject to the conditions specified in the second column thereof as to the animals for which, or the circumstances in which, the spring traps may respectively be used. 2 This Order may be cited as the Spring Traps (Approval) (Jersey) Order Revised Edition 31 August 2004 Page - 3
