With this single ended leadmaker, you will be able to save labor costs by measuring, cutting, stripping both ends, and crimping one end of a wire lead all with a single machine. It has no carrier scrap chopper or crimp force monitoring system : Intermediate Machine This configuration has the passive wire collection tray with a manual slide for unloading, integrated carrier scrap chopper with programmable cycle interval and scrap collection tray. It also has a CFM2100 crimp force monitoring system which statistically analyzes each crimp force curve to determine if the crimp is defective. With this system, crimps that are determined to be defective are cut off to prevent bad parts from getting into the product stream. The stored crimp curves can be saved for traceability : Heavy Duty Machine This configuration has a 1.5 meter motorized conveyor with an automatic batch separation tray, integrated carrier scrap chopper with programmable cycle interval and scrap collection tray, CFM2100 crimp force monitoring system with defective part cut off, and a heavy duty terminator for crimping 10AWG [5mm2] wire : Intermediate with Conveyor This configuration has a 1.5 meter motorized conveyor with an automatic batch separation tray, integrated carrier scrap chopper with programmable cycle interval and scrap collection tray, and CFM2100 crimp force monitoring system with defective part cut off.
