4 AVENTOS BLUMOTION inside Four ways of experiencing comfort of motion Using AVENTOS lift system fittings for bi-fold, up and over, lift up and stay lift systems, you can fulfil the individual requirements of every customer. The fittings are designed to integrate harmoniously into the cabinet interior. AVENTOS lift systems offer a solution for every wall cabinet. 4

5 Effortless opening motion... With AVENTOS fittings, lift systems are very easy to open. Even the heaviest fronts only require a light touch. And the variable stop function ensures that lift systems always remain in the desired position with the handle within easy reach.... Graceful and silent BLUMOTION closing Lift system closing is braked due to the integrated BLUMOTION. The result: silent and effortless closing independent of the lift system front size, weight or closing speed. Excellent perfromance for the lifetime of the furniture The core of AVENTOS fittings is the lift mechanism with BLUMOTION and a robust spring package. This ensures high durability and perfect motion when opening and closing. Simple assembly The high quality of AVENTOS fittings can also be seen during assembly. Thanks to CLIP technology, assembly is practically tool-free for all lift systems. Proper adjustment for perfect motion The fascinating quality of motion of AVENTOS fittings requires the lift mechanism to be accurately set. Lift mechanisms can be easily adjusted to the respective door weight using a cordless screwdriver. 5

6 AVENTOS AVENTOS HF AVENTOS HS AVENTOS HL The two-part front of AVENTOS HF folds together when opening, allowing easy access to the cabinet interior. The individual fronts can be of varying heights. Ideal for higher wall cabinets as the handle remains easy to reach in any position. The CLIP top centre hinge is characterised by an innovative release mechanism that ensures finger safety. The space requirement over the cabinet is low thanks to the two-part front. With AVENTOS HS, the front swings up over the cabinet. Can be combined with design elements such as cornice or crown moulding. Ideal for large-area, single fronts. The space requirement over the cabinet is low due to the swivel motion. Choose AVENTOS HS for cabinet widths up to 1800 mm and cabinet heights of 350 to 800 mm. Thanks to AVENTOS HL, the lift system opens up parallel to the cabinet. Ideal for high or wall cabinets with additional cabinets above, or in a larder unit installation. Well-suited for small-area, single fronts. Can also be used with low wall cabinets. Choose AVENTOS HL for cabinet widths up to 1800 mm and cabinet heights of 300 to 580 mm. Choose AVENTOS HF for cabinet widths up to 1800 mm and cabinet heights of 480 to 1040 mm. 6

7 AVENTOS HK The AVENTOS HK fitting opens the front upwards. Ideal for lower height wall cabinets and for higher applications such as over the fridge. The space requirement over the cabinet is low due to the lift system motion. Choose AVENTOS HK for cabinet widths up to 1800 mm. AVENTOS HK-S The AVENTOS HK-S for small stay lifts. Ideal solution for small cabinets, e.g. over the larder unit or refrigerator. AVENTOS HK-S requires only a small amount of space at the top due to the pivot action. No hinges are required. Maximum cabinet width dependant on door weight (power factor calculation) Technology that inspires Along with impressive functionality, the AVENTOS range also inspires through its simple yet elegant design. Even large and heavy fronts open effortlessly with gravity-defying ease. For the kitchen user, this means easy access to the cabinet interior.... and closing Comfortable and easy closing: Provided by the easy to reach switch on the cabinet side. This enables lift systems to close easily and ergonomically. The proven BLUMOTION function also ensures silent and effortless closing. Completely safe even when closing Even when the switch has just been pressed for closing the closing procedure is halted immediately if the kitchen user again reaches into the cabinet and/or an object is placed between the cabinet and the front. 11 BLUMOTION for silent and effortless closing action Silent and effortless, that s how furniture doors close with BLUMOTION regardless of the front weight or closing speed. Due to the ideal relationship between the closing mechanism and BLUMOTION, a gentle push is all that s required for closing even for small and light doors. Silent and effortless closing action also for small doors For high quality of motion for small or light doors, the BLUMOTION function on one of the two hinges, can be easily deactivated. Simply slide the switch on the hinge boss, then close the door once. Deactivation is now complete. Space for new opportunities With the new 110 hinge, you can now implement thicker doors up to 24 mm depending on the application. The new pivoting point ensures that during the opening process, the door does not foul on the cabinet face. As a consequence of this ingenious new geometry, it is possible to achieve a smaller door gap. Thicker doors can also be accomodated. This adaptive system ensures that drawers and pull-outs always close silently and effortlessly regardless of the closing speed. SERVO-DRIVE Combine the applications of the TANDEMBOX pull-out system with SERVO-DRIVE, our electrical motion support system. This combination sets new standards for closing drawers and pull-outs. A gentle pull of the handle or a light touch on the front for handle-less furniture is all that is required. Assembly in just a few steps The SERVO-DRIVE drive unit can be used for all cabinet widths starting at 275 mm. The main components can be attached without tools - and there is no need to make any changes to the TANDEMBOX pull-out system. Five-year warranty All SERVO-DRIVE components are maintenance free.
