Installation points for attention l The machine position and installation should keep the glory hole and the conveyor belt parallel and vertical, and keep the center of the notch inside machine cavity and the center of the conveyor belt in the same level. l The position of the entrance and exit of the machine decides according to the peripheral equipment. Being aware of whether the hot air or steam from the machine cavity affects the other equipments around. It is recommended to leave machine s fore and back parts at least 0.6 meter away from any wall, column, etc. l It is recommended to leave the fan entrance and exit of the machine not in the same level with the ventilation system or other outlet, avoiding the lost of the heat of the tunnel and other damage to low the quality of shrinking and waste energy. l It is recommended to connect the 1.5 square conveyor line with the machine and use 3&220V380V415V60/50HZ power supply and 5A electromagnet switches(nfb). l The specific interface is like the following picture

2 l SP-1M: The length of the machine is 1000mm, which adopts SUS stainless steel mechanism and 2 pairs of steam pipe. It is suitable for the shrinking of the cap machine and lower speed machine. l SP-2M: The length of the machine is 2000mm, which adopts SUS stainless steel mechanism and 3 pairs of steam pipe. It is suitable for the shrinking of the long type containers and higher speed machine.

3 n <steam blower> Blower: Use to discharge the steam from the shrinking tunnel, the model is 3&370W 380V. l The order of the machine switch on open the intake valve open the conveyor belt switch and the fans switch open the sewage valve switch, after the discharge all the sewage, close the valve switch. adjust the nozzle gas volume and the fans air volume of the shrinking tunnel, if be set beforejust need to verify them. start shrinking when open the machine for one minute and the temperature of the tunnel is stable. l Adjustment According to the picture (1) Adjust the position of the 3 pairs of the gas ejector pipe according to the position of the bottle label. (2) Cylindrical type bottles, like the left picture.

The pipe for steam enter usually connects the 1/2 pipe port. The 1/4 pipe port is usually blocked. After the daily operation close the steam port, open the sewage valve to discharge the Condensate.

If have, remove it to avoid charred and attachment to keep shrink quality. n Don t put the shrinking materials onto the machine to avoid them deformation. n The maintenance of circuit is only for verifying and maintenance. Don t change the circuit.
