8 Unmatched Customer Service Jaquar Customer Care offers a host of leading edge proactive and customer-first services to its clientele To ensure product installation pre-requisites and installation process is properly known to the installer, pre-installation guidance (PS1) service will be undertaken To validate proper functioning of product & to ensure that the user understands proper use & maintenance, pre-operative guidance (PS2) service will be undertaken Maintenance of product is vital: for customers who can t do it or organize the same, helping hands will be available for assistance through preventive (PMS, PMC) services; at very reasonable charges Site pre-requisites and its conduciveness for Wellness products like shower enclosures, are a critical factor; hence pre-purchase site visit will be undertaken on a chargeable basis.
