7 Remote assistance: washing machine open dialog! IMESA high spin washing machines are equipped with a GSM module, which allows the dialog between machine and IMESA After Sales Department. Each machine is equipped with a SIM card thanks to which the nearest service center is allerted in case of problem. In this way the service can be scheduled in shter time after all the check have been made by remote and the spare parts are der on time. Undersigning a periodical maintenance contract, the machine is sending an SMS as soon as the limit number of cycles has been reached. The acceptance of the GSM remote system brings big advantages: Shter time of intervention means savings in laundry stop costs! Customized programs can be up and downloaded by remote: the intervention time is quicker and the tehcnician tryp is no me necessary. The software updating can be made by remote: the latest technology is always available. 8 HOW TO DIMENSION CORRECTLY A LAUNDRY Dimension a laundry system means to choose the most suitable machines to satisfy the laundry need of the structure (hotel, hospital, retirement home,...) How to proceed? Tumble dryers: if the laundry is equipped with a fl atwk ironer everything that is washed need also to be dried, so the dryer with the capacity nearest to the quantity of linen per cycle must be choosen. if the laundry is equipped with a drying ironer, to choose crectly the dryer, consider only the linen which cannot be passed into the drying ironer (fm fi nishing, towels,...) Flatwk / Drying Ironer: to choose crectly the fl atwk and the drying ironer also the linen width needs to be taken in consideration: roller lenght must be enogh to allow the linen ironing without to fold it. 13 IM8 COMPUTER: COLOUR TOUCH SCREEN IM8 is the new innovative control system equipping imesa washing machines: it is not a simple macroprocess, a real computer instead, very flexible and suitable to solve any laundry needs. 200 PROGRAMS: The IM8 computer allows to create, to modify and to save up to 200 programs. Thanks to the expandable memy, when necessary the number of stable programs can be increased. PREFERRED LIST: to allow a quick selection of the me often used programs, a preferred list was implemented: 5 programs are choosen by the user, 5 are selected by the computer among the most used programs. EASY PROG: just answering to few questions, the user can create by himself tayled programs, name and save them. EXPERT PROG: the program application dedicated to the technician, who can compose the program line by line supplying to his customer the most suitable solution to his laundry needs. HALF LOAD: IM8 allows to create program f half load, in case of EASY PROG the computer is reducing automatically water and detergent consumes. 13

22 IM7 MICROPROCESSOR: EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL Designed to simplify the dryer use, maintenance and costs management, the IM7 microprocess is extremely fl exible and intuitive. 30 PROGRAMS: IM7 allows to modify, name and save up to 30 drying programs. Program name and characteristics are displayed: length and temperature of the program, legnth and temperature of the cooling cycle and, in case of options are provided, power level, drum speed and fan speed. EASY COMMUNICATION: IM7 can dialog in me then10 languages and other can be implemented to make easier the dryer use wherever it is installed. The keypad uses only symble easy to be understood. EASY MAINTENANCE All the alarm histy is momerized by the microprocess and can be retrived by the service man when necessary: the diagnosis is made easier. IM7 is also equipped with an HELP area which can be displayed and which contains the trouble shooting necessary to solve the most common alarm. Also charge tests can be made directly from the keypad. One me help: the authized service center phone number is displayed! CHECK MANAGEMENT COSTS IM7 is equipped with two cost verifi cation systems: the fi rst one allows to control the electricity, gas and steam consumes from the installation moment, the second one allows to check the partial consumes. MULTI LEVEL POWER Thanks to this option the user can decide if the dryer needs to wk at full power at which level, in thsi way installation limits can be managed. DSC: DRUM SPEED CONTROL Thanks to this option, it is possible to cotnrol the drum speed fixing it within the programs parameters, simply, modifiying it during the program execution. FSC: FAN SPEED CONTROL Thanks to this option, it is possible to control the air passing through the drum. The fan speed can be fi xed within the program parameters simply modifi ed during the program execution. 22

Thanks to the RFID system applied to the linen at the guest registration, each item is easily and quickly matched to the owner. The laundry management softwar allows to trace the linene inside the building and to localize it at any time. HOTEL: MAKE EASIER THE LAUNDRY CONTROL! Thanks to the linen identifi cation by RFID, the room linen is always under control. At any time, the hotel manager can control the linen present in a room, how much linen need to be washed, how much clean linen is in stock and schedule the wking shift in the best way. Also customer linen can be identifi ed with an RFID associated to the room number to the customer name, the delivery back is easier! DRY CLEANING SHOP: NO MORE DOUBTS!
