If any workmanship or material is proven faulty during the warranty period, Aquatica NZ Limited will, at its own cost or option, repair or replace the faulty product. The warranty is transferable but the original proof of purchase from an authorised Aquatica distributor is required for all claims. 230 Aquatica s liability will not extend to damage caused by reasonably 140 foreseeable loss such as inappropriate materials in a wet area ie. floating wooden floors. 890 Any suspected defect must be notified to Aquatica as soon as possible after discovery. Any changes to the Product as supplied. Repairs of the Products other than by a Decina accredited or licensed service agent or technician are not covered. This extended warranty for the Products commences from date of purchase. In addition to this extended warranty, certain legislation (including the ACL) may give you certain rights which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, this extended warranty must be read subject to such legislation and nothing in this warranty has the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying those rights.
