MAINTENANCE AND AFTER SALES ACCES TO GAS CONTROL ACCESS TO BURNER 1- Remove the gas control knobs placed on the trimming hood in question (see procedure 5 General instructions MBF15000NI). 1- Remove the tank subassembly (after having removed the grid, the heat-resistant stones and the 14 bars) for access to the upper part of the burner subassembly, the thermocouple housing, pilot burner tube and to the mixing chamber. 2- Remove the trimming hood housing the hob controls (see procedure 5 General instructions MBF15000NI). 2- Remove the drip tray for access to the burner nozzle and the venturi air adjustment, the pilot burner body (and to its nozzle) and to the thermocouple housing. 3- Access to the tap, minimum flow rate nozzle and thermocouple. 3- Remove the burner by loosening the 2 screws M6 maintaining it on the bushing, this after having disconnected all the connectors fixing it to the piping (mixing chamber, pilot burner and thermocouple).

Screw on or unscrew the venturi (2) to adjust it to size d. Loosen the locking ring Seal the adjustment ring with locking varnish. Remarks: If the flame is soft and yellow, this means there is a lack of primary air. In this case, push the ring towards the burner (increase the size d). If the flame is nervous and has a tendency to jump, this means there is an excess of primary air. In this case, push the ring away from the burner (decrease size d).
