3 12. Hex Wrench Qty: Cam-Tool Qty: 1 To use Cam Locks - 1. Insert Cam Bolt until snug 2. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Bolt ½ turn and try Cam Lock again. Assembly Tips Find a clean, smooth area on which to work, such as a carpet, in order to avoid scratching the parts. Lay out all parts and hardware on the floor or on a table in the order of their number or letter. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. We have provided both text and a drawing in each step, so using both will help the most. Orient the parts so you view them exactly as they are shown in each step. 4 To assemble: Step 1 Slide the Bracket (H) under the ends of the Rod (G). Step 2 Use four Long Bolts (5) to secure the Brackets (H) to the Right Side (C). 5 4 Deluxe Ironing Center # Current instructions at Page 4 of 9

6 Step 5 Use eight Short Bolts (1) to secure the Frame (A) and Shelf (D) to the Right Side (C). 1 8 Step 6 Secure the Wheels (8) and Locking Wheels (2) to the Left and Right Sides(B/C) Deluxe Ironing Center # Current instructions at Page 6 of 9

7 Step 7 Insert the Cam Bolts (3) in the holes of the Top (E). Use Cam Locks (4) to secure the Sides to the Frame (A). Use two Long Screws (6) to secure the Stop Block (F) to the Top (E) Step 8 Use six Short Screws (11) to attach the Outer Slides (9) to the Sides Deluxe Ironing Center # Current instructions at Page 7 of 9

8 Step 9 Use six Short Screws (11) to attach the Inner Slides (10) to the sides of the Tray. Secure two Knobs (7) to the Tray (I) as shown Step 10 Insert the Tray into the opening above the drawers. Attention : Before assembly, please make sure to adjust the metal piece/ball bearing to the front of the drawer glide for both left right side slider.
