2 THE COMPANY Scottish design engineer John Swan founded his metal fabrication business in Driven by concern for the environment his interest centred on Grease Trap, Canopy and Air Filtration technology. Based in Loanhead near Edinburgh and employing local, skilled craftsmen, from it s original small beginnings, Swan Enviro Limited has continued to grow and is now part of a European group committed to developing products designed to protect the environment. Swan Enviro s range of products, manufactured almost entirely from stainless steel, is dedicated to meeting the needs of professional catering establishments including commercial kitchens and food preparation premises. Specifically designed to help maintain clean air and water the range comprises Grease Traps, Grease Management Systems, Kitchen Canopies, Air Extraction Systems, Fans and Air Filter Products. Made entirely from stainless steel, Swan Grease Traps virtually eliminate blockages caused by kitchen debris entering the drainage system. The Freshflo solution is introduced into the Grease trap by the use of the automatic Swan Dosing Unit. 2 3 Solid Waste Collector Biological Grease Digestion System incorporating Swan Freshflo Liquid Swan Freshflo solution is an ecofriendly mixture of naturally occurring cultures and non pathogenic bacteria. It is non flammable, bio-degradable and fully miscible in water so any spillages may be safely washed away.

Your company name can be stamped on to the filter frame to increase your company profile. Swan Enviro personnel can advise on the selection of the correct filter to provide a cost effective solution which ensures maximum performance and efficiency. Types available to suit customer requirements are: disposable, washable and baffle. Fans and Ducting The usually hidden part of any extraction systems is the fan and the duct work. The selection of the correct fan and the design of the associated ducting is an essential part of the extraction system. Swan Enviro would always recommend the use of a high performance fan designed and built to exacting standards by leading manufacturers which will perform for long hours with minimum maintenance over many years. Available ex-stock, our full range includes sickle, tangential, radial, centrifugal and axial fans all designed for specific applications, all driven by low noise single or three phase motors. Swan Enviro will help with the design of a ducting system appropriate for each installation.
