Products are made to cope with the most extreme environments - from -46 C to +55 C as well as the stress of military transportation. Ebac Industrial Products is an approved supplier of military products to the MOD, British Aerospace, GEC, Vickers Defense Systems, and Lockheed Martin. The company makes a full range of packaged airconditioning units and control systems which are installed on equipment such as radar and communication shelters which have to withstand battlefield conditions. 4 NBC FILTRATION EQUIPMENT The Ebac Industrial Products nuclear, biological and chemical filtration system (NBC) provides clean filtered fresh air, free from NBC contaminates in an over pressure shelter. The over pressure shelter removes the need for occupants to wear gas masks and protective clothing during NBC attacks. Two modes of operation allows clean fresh air to be supplied during peace time, or conventional combat times, and filtered fresh air during NBC warfare. 5 DEHUMIDIFICATION EQUIPMENT The function of a dehumidifier is to economically remove moisture from the air, whilst maintaining a controlled humidity level. Lack of proper humidity control exposes valuable equipment and supplies in storage to damage caused by corrosion, mould growth and general dampness. By maintaining the humidity between 45% and 50% relative humidity (RH), these problems can be avoided. The Ebac Industrial Products range of military specification dehumidifiers are designed and built to the same high standards as our air-conditioning and NBC products. Units are currently deployed with several North Atlantic defense agencies and have gained technical approval among Asian countries and others after comprehensive testing.
