All modules are connected to the Master with a single connector and linked to the power supply by an adapter (12 V V; Hz). The end cap module is set first, then the ribbon burner modules and finally the Master Control Module. It s possible to connect up to 10 modules for a total ribbon of fire length of up to 51 feet...the longest in the world! And, by using an additional Master Control Module, even longer ribbons of fire are possible. Everything that previously made dramatic fire features complicated and difficult to install has been eliminated. ribbon fires feature centralized control. Press the remote control button to simultaneously start and stop the fire on all modules. Alternately, start and stop with the button on the Master Control Module or via smartphones and/or Wi-Fi or Z-Wave smart-home systems using the Master smart connector (potential free dry contact). Cool Touch / Minimal Heat Build Up: Because flame is at the top of burner tray and fuel tank is separated, the top plate and entire burner insert have minimal heat build up. In fact the top plate next to the flame remains cool enough to touch throughout the entire burn. Because the entire burner component remains cool, materials surrounding the insert(s) do not overheat, become scorched or crack from heat expansion and stress. Even marble, granite and man-made composite materials do not require special insulation or protection.
