Because an aluminum coil really makes sense. The aluminum Triple A Coil helps to solve some of the traditional problems of coils made with dis-similar metals. The very nature of a copper coil with aluminum fins is problematic because of the corrosion potential between the copper and aluminum. Many manufactures complicate this problem by utilizing an end plate of zinc coated steel. This is a real recipe for a coil to leak and fail. The Triple A Coil nearly eliminates this problem. The aluminum alloys in the tubes, fins, and end plates are very similar. The potential for corrosion is greatly reduced. The lack of corrosion between the aluminum internally grooved tube and aluminum fin makes you air conditioner more efficient, for a longer period of time. We can give you more for your money. Because aluminum is more cost effective than copper, we can put more material in the coil for the same price. The aluminum tube we use is more than twice as heavy as the standard copper tubing. This heavier aluminum tube makes it much more difficult for corrosive agents in and outside your home to penetrate the tubing, causing a leak of the system refrigerant. 7 LIMITED WARRANTY AIR CONDITIONERS AND HEAT PUMP AllStyle Coil Company, LLC Brittmoore, Houston, TX LIMITED WARRANTY 4AC13-4AC14 SERIES AIR CONDITIONERS 5 - Year Parts Warranty This heat pump or air conditioning unit is warranted by AllStyle Coil Company, LLC to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance as described below: To the original registered owner and his or her spouse ( Owner ), all parts are warranted for a period of 5 years or 60 months for so long as the owner owns the home in which the unit was originally installed (whichever ends first), except as provided below. This warranty is not transferable. 1) The unit is installed in an owner-occupied, single family residence, and 2) In order to ensure proper administration of the terms of your warranty, AllStyle requires your appliance to be registered using the enclosed registration card within 90 days of installation. The warranty does not continue if the unit is removed from the location where it was originally installed. Regardless of the time of registration, the warranty period of 60 months begins on the date of the original installation. Where a product is installed in a newly constructed home; the date of installation is the date the homeowner purchased the home from the builder. If that date cannot be verified, the warranty period is 66 months from the date of manufacturer (indicated on the rating label on the side of the unit). As its only responsibility, and your only remedy, AllStyle will furnish a replacement part, without charge for the part only, to replace any part that is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use and maintenance. For warranty credit, the defective part must be returned to an authorized AllStyle distributor by a qualified or licensed HVAC contractor. Any part replaced pursuant to this warranty is warranted only for the unexpired portion of the warranty term applying to the original part. These warranties do not apply to labor, freight, or any other cost associated with the service, repair or operation of the unit. AllStyle will not pay for electricity or fuel cost, or increases in electricity or fuel cost, for any reason, including additional or unusual use of supplemental electric heat. This warranty does not cover lodging or labor charges. ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOUR WARRANTY NULL AND VOID The unit has been installed in a manner that is not consistent with the manufacturer s installation instructions, or the unit has not been installed by a qualified or licensed HVAC contractor. The unit has not been maintained in a manner consistent with the manufacturer s installation instructions. The installation does not meet applicable building codes. If a governmental authority required inspection of the finished installation, and this inspection did not occur. The air conditioner or heat pump has in any way been modified. If not operated or regularly maintained in accordance with the manufacturer s operation and maintenance instructions. The unit has in any way been damaged or compromised through the installation and operation of any accessory product. The unit was installed and operated in an area of corrosive agents. In addition, units that are in coastal areas may suffer premature failure of cabinet and operational parts that is not a failure due to materials used or to workmanship. These corrosion failures are not covered by the limited warranty provided with this unit. 7 11/2015

8 The defect or damage was caused by unusual operating conditions, energy supply fluctuations, abuse, neglect, accident, fire, riot, flood, or other acts in nature. The manufacturer s name and rating plate has been defaced, removed, or altered in any way. If the unit is installed other than in the United Stated, Canada, or Mexico. Warranties contained in this document are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. This warranty supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations, whether oral or written. We hereby disclaim and exclude all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties otherwise arising from curse of dealing or usage of trade. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. No one or entity is authorized to make any warranty in behalf of AllStyle Coil Company, LLC. In no event, shall AllStyle Coil Company be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from non-delivery, or for the use, misuse, or inability to use the product, or from defects in the product or from AllStyle s own negligence or other infraction. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and may have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this warranty, or the breach thereof, shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the aware rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction therof.
