EVENTS The Ride - September 13, 2015 Again this year, the Boone Flushers are participating in The Ride (formerly called Ride The Rideau) on September 13th and are looking for teammates to join them. 3 VOL. 265 JUNE 2015 PLUMBING INFO Tater Tubs PROMOTION Scratch & Win For a couple of weeks Debra Morin, Counter Sales Clerk at Algoma was staring at some liquidated wash tubs, and the thought of growing her potatoes in these tubs came to mind. So she purchased 5 of them and came up with her very innovative use for these tater tubs. Debra expressed it s amazing the ideas you could come up with by recycling plumbing products. Don t waste or throw anything out. Think of other uses for them. On the weekend she also recycled some old ladders and is now using them to hold her cucumber containers. Cucumbers require a lot of vertical space, and ladders are ideal for this Debra states. We wish to congratulate all of the winners of the Scratch & Win event that took place at Boone over the past few months.
