3 MOTION SNSOR NW The new inbuilt motion sensor will detect the presence, absence and activity levels of those in the room to improve comfort and energy saving performance. When no activity is detected the unit will go in to standby mode until activity is detected again. If no activity is detected for 12 hours the unit will automatically switch off. IMPROVD NRGY IINY The improved design of the overall Avanti PLUS system has enhanced the energy effi ciency of the unit. 6 UNTIONS NRGY SAVING LAN AIR uzzy Auto Mode Using fuzzy logic algorithms, the unit determines the operating mode and temperature settings automatically and adjusts the inverter frequency. conomy Mode The unit will operate in energy saving mode in order to avoid excessive heating and cooling. Allergen lear Operation The system is equipped to suppress the infl uence of the allergens caught by the Allergen lear ilter by controlling the temperature and humidity. nzymes are used to suppress the infl uence of the allergens caught during everyday operation. Self-lean Operation Self clean mode dries the indoor unit and fi lter, preventing the growth of mould. This runs for 2hrs after the unit has been switched off. Preset Operation The desired preset operation mode can be enabled with a single touch of a button. Auto lap Mode Depending on the operating mode, the unit will automatically set the position of the louvres at the optimal angle. Memory Louvre While the louvre is swinging it can be stopped at any angle. On the next start-up the louvre returns to the same positron that it was when the operation last stopped. 10 Dry Operation During dry operation the unit will act as a dehumidifi er to remove moisture from the air. Silent Operation This function allows you to program periods where the unit will operate with reduced noise levels and is ideal for temperature control during the night. Night Setback Designed for cold season, this ensures the room temperature is kept at around 10, even while unoccupied. MAINTNAN & PRVNTION UNTIONS Microcomputer-Operated Defrosting This mode is automatically activated during low ambient temperatures to prevent the frosting of the outdoor heat exchanger and maintains heating effi ciency. Self-Diagnostic unction In the unlikely event that the unit has a fault, the microprocessor will run a self-diagnosis function to determine the cause. Up/Down lap Swing Louvres swing up and down continuously and can be set at a fi xed angle. omfort Start-up With the ON-TIMR function, the unit will switch on earlier than the ST time, to ensure the optimum temperature is reached at the ON TIM. Back-up Switch If the remote control fails, the unit can be operated via an on/off switch on the indoor unit. 6 Right/Left Louvre Swing Louvres swing right and left continuously and can be set at a fi xed angle. Positioning of Installation This allows you to manually set the airfl ow direction when the unit is installed against a wall. Weekly Timer Set your unit to turn on and off automatically on a weekly basis to suit your usual room usage on each day. Sleep Timer The room temperature is automatically controlled during the set sleep mode period, ensuring that the room temperature will not get too cold or too hot. Set a predetermined amount of time between 30 and 240 minutes that your unit will operate for before switching off. Auto Restart unction If there is a temporary loss of power, when power is restored, the unit will automatically restart in the same operating mode it was in.
