5 WASTE DISPOSERS because the value of Salvajor lies not only in it s appearance, but in it s advanced technology as well. Exterior housing is molded of 356 aluminum alloy and T-6 heat treated for even more durability and corrosion resistance. The water-cooled motor provides maximum energy efficiency and longer motor life. A large vertical mixing chamber insures for a better mixture of water to waste, helping to eliminate drain backup. 5 cutting rotors in order to match horsepower with grinding capacity. Replacement of all major brands with a Salvajor disposer is made easier and quicker using Salvajor adaptor mounting kits. Models 75 thru 200 easily fit under a 14 deep sink without modification. Our short top housing allows models 300 thru 750 to also fit under 14 deep sinks. The offset chute prevents insertion of hands into the disposer and is best suited for correctional kitchens. Disposer Cone Bowls Disposer Controls Choose the cone size that best suits your scrapping needs. We manufacture sizes in 12, 15 and 18 inch diameters with optional covers to match. 6 ScrapMaster Scrapping, Pre-flushing and Food Waste Disposer SCRAPPING SPEED... is often doubled or tripled compared to a pre-rinse spray and cone since both hands are free for scrapping and keeping up with the warewasher and busy soiled dish landing area. Disposer not included in NSF listing. Model SM and PSM available with 3, 5, and HP disposer Uses 50% less fresh water! Whether dealing with dishes, cafeteria trays, or large cookware, the Salvajor ScrapMaster will increase the speed of scrapping and prerinsing while reducing both labor and water costs. A powerful plume of recirculated water flushes food waste from soiled dishes and cookware while consuming half the fresh water used by a typical fresh water trough. Both hands are used to scrap and rinse, making the ScrapMaster over twice as fast as other methods. Also available, with a larger basin, is the Pot/Pan ScrapMaster for handling larger cookware including 26 sheet pans. It is often used to complement sinks and powered soaking machines. The ScrapMaster basin was designed with school trays in mind. One person can scrap and pre-rinse trays two to three times as fast as with a standard pre-rinse spray. RECIRCULATED WATER SAVINGS... average $2,000 per year compared to an uncontrolled fresh water trough. 8 TroughVeyor Food Waste Conveying and Disposing System Uses 50% less fresh water! Whether dealing with casinos, convention centers, university cafeterias or any volume user, the Salvajor TroughVeyor will increase the speed of scrapping and pre-rinsing while reducing labor and water costs. The TroughVeyor produces such a flow of fast moving recirculated water that it allows multiple workers to scrap food waste anywhere along the trough while the waste is carried to the Salvajor disposer. The TroughVeyor consumes half the fresh water used by a fresh water trough. Available with 3, 5, and HP disposer Disposer not included in NSF listing. 10 Food Waste Collectors Widely accepted in areas that restrict disposers All three Collectors collect only fibrous and non-soluble food wastes. Bulk waste is reduced up to 50% and weight by 80%. Salvajor Collectors recirculate water at the rate of 30 to 70 G.P.M. but use only 2 G.P.M. And since the operators have both hands free to work, scrapping speed is doubled or tripled. All three may be used with a grease interceptor or septic system. Uses 90% less fresh water! SCRAP COLLECTOR Allows a single operator to quickly pass soiled dishes through a heavy plume of recirculated tempered water.
