3 Class I Biological Safety Cabinet The Class I biological safety cabinet is an open-front negative pressure cabinet. It provides personnel and environmental protection, but not sample protection. As a partial containment unit, the Class I Biological Safety Cabinet is suitable for work involving low or moderate risk agents (Biosafety Level 1, 2 and 3) where containment is needed but not for sample protection Unlike conventional fume hood, the HEPA filter in the Class I Biological Safety Cabinet protects the environment by filtering air before it is exhausted. With negative pressure, personnel protection is made possible by constant ail flow into the working chamber. 13 Class III Biological Safety Cabinet NovaSafe-1300III Class III Biological Safety Cabinet is totally enclosed and gas-tight with ULPA filtered inflow air and exhaust air. It is performed with long-sleeved gloves and kept under negative pressure of at least 120Pa, thus airflow is maintained by a dedicated exhaust airflow system. It provides protection for the operator, sample and environment. Pressure Meter Remote Controller Fully sealed Front window is sealed, and with a pair of gloves connecting to the working chamber. The sample is transferred by the delivery window. And there is no out-connected valve. 100% air exhaust 100% air exhaust, no air recirculation, and air is exhausted by double ULPA filters(99.999% efficiency@ μm) and to the room directly. If the air needs to be exhausted outdoors, extra exhaust duct and motor need to be ordered. Complete negative pressure The two motors design makes interior of cabinet is complete negative pressure, and can reach -120pa, triple layers filter film, ensures operation s safety, neither substance nor polluted air will leak out.
