Intelligent garden irrigation system Product composition of the intelligent garden irrigation system Sprinkler: Choose different sprinklers according to the different types of plant in the garden. In most gardens, it is necessary to plant a variety of different plants together to achieve the landscape design envisioned by the designer. Therefore, in terms of garden irrigation, one should consider managing the garden by zones. For lawns, one should choose underground sprinklers or oscillating sprinklers with an adjustable angle. As for flowering shrubs, choose micro sprinklers or underground sprinklers with an adjustable radius. 1
Solenoid valve: Use a solenoid valve to control the different irrigation zones. Solenoid valves can use electrical signals emitted by the controller to control the sprinklers, micro sprinklers, or root watering systems. The sprinklers will operate according to the predetermined amount and time. 24V AC solenoid valves are a safe and reliable choice for outdoor use. Automatic controller: The controller is like a human s brain. It tells the solenoid valve when to open and close Rain sensor: When there is rain, the sensor will be aware that it s raining. If the rainfall reaches the predetermined effective rainfall level, it will signal the controller to stop all irrigation programs to make use of the rainfall. Pump / Automatic booster pump: According to the site conditions and the requirements of the owner, you can choose pumps or automatic booster pumps that are made domestically or made in China. The automatic controller can be connected to the on/off switch of the pump. 2
1.Key design features of garden irrigation 2.General idea of irrigation design 3. 4.The primary task of an irrigation system is to provide ideal growth and water conditions for plants, ensuing that plants with different water requirements grow healthily under reasonable water conditions Different plants have varying water and landscaping requirements. Choose different irrigation methods and sprinklers accordingly, and control the irrigation of the plants with different water requirements separately Irrigation equipment should conceal well. During non-irrigation periods, the equipment should disappear from the line of sight, restoring the beautiful view of the garden. Irrigation design features 1.Collect site information 2.Determine irrigation water demand 3.Determine water and electricity supply 4.Select sprinklers and determine sprinkler arrangement 3
5.Place the sprinklers on the garden plan 6.Connect branch pipes and sprinkler groups to valve 7.Arrange valve, fittings, and manifolds 8.Determine the size of the pipes and valve, and calculate the pressure required by the system 9.Complete the final irrigation design plan Key construction elements of garden irrigation 1. Setting out 2. Trenching 3. Pipe installation 4. Wire and cable laying 5. Valve installation 6. Pressure testing piping system 7. Trench backfill 8. Sprinkler installation 9. Water dispenser installation 10. Controller installation and testing Key usage and maintenance elements of the intelligent garden irrigation system After the intelligent irrigation system begins operation, we will continue to explore the water needs and characteristics of different plants according to the current 4
situation. Usually, the watering time for lawn and flowering shrubs is different. The watering frequency is also different in each season. Adjust and arrange the irrigation program efficiently to achieve accurate irrigation and to meet the needs of plant growth. It is also necessary to carry out regular irrigation system checkups. Mainly, this is to verify whether the spray angle of each sprinkler is set up correctly, and whether the sprinkler rotation is normal. Also, check if there is any debris such as leaves and roots affecting the operation of the sprinklers. Check whether the sprinklers are damaged and whether the seal is leaking. Sometimes, you may discover that the sprayer shell is ruptured and the built-in filter is blocked. But as long as garden owners or maintenance personnel carefully check the running condition of every sprinkler, most of these problems will not be difficult to find and solve. 5
