Orders should be returned via FAX to or to Sales@Rosecottageherbs.co.uk. Alternatively, orders may be placed by phone on (01302) Please place your orders by Monday afternoon to ensure delivery the same week. Where delivery is via Trolleynet, please ensure orders are placed by lunchtime on Monday. We request that Customers please order early for Bank Holiday Deliveries. VAT Culinary Herbs are zero rated. Non-culinary Herbs are subject to VAT at the standard rate. Delivery Minimum order for FREE DELIVERY - 25 or more Trays within 100 miles of the Nursery, which can be made up of Herbs, or Lavenders. Point of Sale Material Our Herb Point of Sale Package is provided at our discretion, on loan and free of charge to Customers regularly stocking products by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited. The point of sale is provided on agreement that it will only be used to promote the sale of products supplied by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited. Please Note: We reserve totally, the right to remove point of sale provided by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited from the Customers display area should this agreement be violated. Payment New Customers - Payment is required on collection or delivery unless credit arrangements have been agreed. Established Customers - Accounts are due for payment within 28 day of the invoice date. A 10% Credit Surcharge is added to all invoices which may be deducted for payment within the credit period.
