1 The Click & Grow Wall Farm Line
2 About The Click & Grow Wall Farm is the first ever truly affordable indoor food production unit. The new Click & Grow Wall Farm is a plant production unit that grows fresh herbs, fruits and leafy greens all year round and hyper-locally. It can easily be integrated into every home, restaurant, school, and grocery store. The Wall Farm line features two products in two sizes: The Wall Farm and The Wall Farm Mini. With the Click & Grow affordable growing solution, everyone can finally grow clean and fresh food sustainably. Wouldn t it be great to make food production personal again and finally take back control of the quality of the food you and your loved ones consume? It s time to start a home growing revolution and with the Click & Grow Wall Farm it s finally possible. What makes the Wall Farm solution unique is that it s the first truly affordable indoor food production system in the world. It was designed to keep the energy consumption low while optimizing plant growth and nutrient levels in the food. It grows plants faster than traditional agricultural practices while not using any pesticides, fungicides or poisonous fertilizers. This means you can grow salads (and many other plants) containing 600% more vitamins in your own home knowing exactly how, where and when the food you consume was produced. Additionally, you don t need to worry about watering or the plant not getting enough light and oxygen- the Wall Farm takes care of it all. All you have to do is plug it in, insert the plant capsules and watch your food grow.
3 Benefits of growing plants with the Wall Farm 68% cheaper initial cost 30% faster growing 600% more vitamins 95% less water 38% reduced food waste 97% reduced food miles 100% reduced rockwool waste Instead of using expensive mechanical compounds such as pumps, sensors, mixers, and filters to create an optimal environment for plants, Click & Grow developed a growing medium that provides an exact ph, aeration, moisture and nutrition level based on each plant/variety needs. Getting rid of all those expensive components allows us to reduce the technology/product cost drastically. The growth rate and yield of Click & Grow plants is percent faster than those of soil-grown plants, under the same conditions. The main difference is extra oxygen in the smart soil that helps to stimulate root growth. Plants with ample oxygen in the root system absorb nutrients faster. The nutrients are sent directly to the root system and the plant does not have to search in the soil for the nutrients that it requires. Our plants require very little energy to find and break down food and use this saved energy to grow faster and produce more fruit. Click & Grow is the only technology that reduces the moisture level in the root zone in a very controlled manner, and thereby uses water stress to increase bioactive compounds in plants. Like people, plants perform much better under controlled stress situations; for example, we have been able to increase the antioxidants (rosmarinic acid) level in basil up to 607%. Water supplies are shrinking all around the world. Today more than 70% of fresh water is used in agriculture. Most of this water will be run-off water that is not taken up by the plants. Click & Grow technology uses water even more efficiently than hydroponic systems. As we do not circulate water, 100% of the water goes directly through the root system. According to the USDA, food waste in the leafy greens segment can be as high as 60.7%. One of the most popular plants in this category is Kale, which has a 36.3% waste rate. These numbers describe only food waste that happens in stores and the supply change; similar waste happens in homes and restaurants, which increases the percentage. Our technology allows you to keep plants live up to 2 weeks after they are removed from the system. More importantly, you can pick from the system as many plants as needed. Most food today has to travel great distances. For example, in the USA food travels on average 1,500 miles from farm to table. Food production needs to become increasingly localized as transportation costs rise and exhaust gases released harm the environment. Click & Grow products are created to grow fresh food hyper-locally. Rockwool waste cannot be recycled, burned or decomposed under normal conditions. This has led to environmental issues, caused by light-weight pesticide and mineral containing waste. The production of rockwool-based substrates has a negative impact on the atmospheric CO2 levels.
