33 1. General seminar conditions The following terms and conditions apply for the use of our seminar offerings. Conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer are only binding for us if we have expressly acknowledged them in writing. 2. Registration You will receive a reservation confirmation with your seminar registration. A binding confirmation on our part will follow once it is assured that the seminar will take place. You will receive written information from us at the latest two weeks before the beginning of the seminar. 3. Non-performance of seminar We reserve the right to cancel a seminar if carrying out the seminar is at risk due to a lack of participants or unforeseen circumstances based on reasons beyond our control or generally seems pointless. Already registered customers will be informed without delay and, if possible, be offered alternative dates. 4. Changing / cancelling bookings Cancellations and booking changes by customers must be made in writing ( , fax, per post). You may at any time appoint a representative on behalf of the registered participant. This will incur no additional cost. Changing bookings to later seminars is possible up to 2 weeks prior to the begin of a seminar. After that a cancellation fee of will be charged even if bookings are changed to a later date.
