The use of the residual material from sugar cane harvesting was a great innovation that has significant benefits to the growers of sugar cane, to Australian gardeners and to the environment. Organic Sugar Cane Mulch 9m 2 18m 2 when replenishing Sweet Garden Sugar Cane Mulch is made from the leaves of sugar cane plants. It is dried, cut, screened and dust extracted for a clean and easy to use mulch. Packaged in a large compressed bale for easy handling and value for money. Ideal for vegetable gardens and general mulching. Minimises and saves water Assists in controlling soil erosion Protects plants from temperature extremes weeds
