RED RUN CANNABIS COMPAY A STATE OF ALASKA, LICENSED MARIJUANA RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT & CULTIVATION FACILITY

RED RUN IS A DUAL LICENSE ETERPRISE CULTIVATION FACILITY RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT Both licenses operate out of the same facility
WHAT WE DO We Grow Cannabis Growing All-Natural Cannabis Flowers in a Mindful Eco-system is our passion.
WHAT WE DO We Sell Cannabis Educating and Enlightening people on the Cannabis Experience.
OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK Employs 10 people from the local community. Paid $97,009 in Sales Tax, our first year in business. Cash Only Business Heavily Regulated Seed to Sale Accountability Plans to grow and add additional retail establishments in 2018.
Seed to Sale Tracking Mandated by the State of Alaska Tracks all Cannabis from its origination point (Seed) to its actual sale. Supports the industry with technology to prevent and monitor drug diversions. Promotes public safety and product safety with traceability. Creates a vertically integrated closed-loop regulatory scheme. Uses RFID technology combined with serialized item tracking. Provides the tools necessary to validate onsite inventory. Maintains a secure reporting environment. Tracks all transfers and sales between licensed, Cannabis businesses. Provides aggregate data regarding cultivation, production & sales.
Speaking of Systems Seed to Sale Tracking System Water & Irrigation Systems Automation Systems Security System POS System Cash Accounting System Inventory Audit System Human Resources System Marketing & Branding System Manufacturing Systems Printing & Packaging Systems Social Media Systems Customer Management System Logistic & Delivery Systems Computer, IT & Cyber-security Systems
CLONE ROOM NURSERY Although its called Seed to Sale, most plants start as Clones Cuttings. Clones are taken from the Mother, strain by strain in allotments that will initiate a new life cycle. Clones are entered into Metrc as Immature Plants. Immature plants are not tagged until they are 8 inches tall. Clones usually take days to root. The Seed to Sale tracking system begins here, in the Clone Room

CLONE ROOM After establishing healthy roots, the clones are transferred into 10 inch pots, at this time the clones are still considered Immature Plants and do not require a Metrc tracking tag.
CLONE ROOM NURSERY After rooting & reaching 8 tall, the Immature Plants are equipped with a serialized RFID tracking tag. The tag will stay with the plant for its entire life cycle, up until Harvest day. Tagged plants will usually spend 30 days here.
VEG ROOM Once the plants have developed and are ready, they are transferred to the Veg Room. Major vegetative growth occurs during this cycle, the light cycle is longer and intensified. Once ready, these plants will be transferred into our Grow Tote system.
Grow-Tote System Each tote is its own eco-system Air is pumped through each diffuser ring Water is pumped into each tote on a daily basis, excess water naturally drains out and returns to our watering tank. Up to 30 gallons remains in each tote on a daily basis. The synergy of air and water, percolate oxygen-rich, nutrient-water to the plants root system.
Grow-Tote System Each tote is filled with Growstones. Coconut Coir Worm-castings Worms/Nematodes
CULTIVATION MIXING MATERIAL Coconut Coir is mixed with Growstones and worm-castings. Coconut Coir provides maximum aeration. Worm-castings provide an extremely nutrient-rich media to the eco-system. Worm-castings make soil more absorbent, making moisture more consistently available to the plants. Worm-Castings are the super-food of garden plants. A dirty little secret. Mixing media in sufficient amounts is no easy task.
WORMS & NEMATODES Red Run cares for nearly 100lbs of worms at our facility. Worms are raised and fed in large bins and also inhabit each of our Grow-Totes. Worms eat half their body weight in organic waste a day. All of our Cannabis waste goes to the worms, in addition, we feed our worms only the best, organic compostables. Creating an eco-system, using worms and nematodes helps ensure healthy harmonies are taking place, such as the break-down and metabolism of organic material so that its nutrients are more biologically-available. Mindful cultivation practices, creating win-win relationships.
FLOWER ROOM Once transferred to the Flower Room, the plants begin their final, most important phase the Flowering Phase. Each plant s phase and location are recorded in Metrc. 20 lights, 20 totes, 20,000 watts. 12 hours a day, 24/7.
FLOWER ROOM During the Flowering Phase, the light cycle changes from 18 hours a day to 12 hours a day. Changing the light cycle signals to the plants to begin flowering. Red Run utilizes a continuous harvest cycle, one row (4 totes) is harvested every 14 days. Once in the Flowering Phase, flowering plants usually take days before they are harvested.

Harvest Time Plants are cut down, bundled by strain and harvest batch. Each plant in the harvest batch is weighed wet, with stalk and foliage in tact. Each plant s weight is entered into our Metrc inventory system. Harvest batches cannot exceed more than 5lbs.
Team Work Once weights are entered into Metrc, the plants will usually hang dry for 2-3 days. When plants are dry enough, they are broken down into smaller, bins. Flower, Trim & Waste are all separated and accounted for. Flower and Trim are groomed a bit more, then stuffed into glass curing jars.
Cure Room Flowers will dry for a week or so before being ready to be sent to the Testing Facility. Flowers will dry and cure for another week or more before being ready to package. Once the Harvest Batch has passed its testing requirements, it is legally ready to sell/transfer to our Retail Establishment.
Print & Packaging Red Run hand-trims all of its Flowers to ensure Terpene integrity and to enhance retail presentation, known as bag appeal. Flowers are broken down to 1g, 4g and 14g serving sizes, then packed into their appropriate containers. Packaged Flowers are then transferred/sold to our Retail Establishment, ready to sell.
Print & Packaging Red Run designs and prints all of its own packaging materials. Bag appeal and overall Flower presentation are important elements when maximizing Cannabis Excellence. Branding and product presentation are important elements when seeking to differentiate from the competition.
Selling the Cannabis Experience Red Run is in the business of selling Experiences, not static products. We believe strongly that our community is much better off when adults choose Cannabis over alcohol, pills or any other unhealthy practice. Educating and Enlightening those without first-hand or limited Cannabis experience is key to ensuring a worthwhile, positive experience. Turning Good Folks onto the Cannabis Experience
