8 Barceló Torre de Madrid is a located in one of the most iconic buildings in the capital: the Torre de Madrid. Designed by internationally renowned Spanish designer Jaime Hayón, winner of the EDIDA 2016 design award. 9 Matbaren is a modern bistro, an informal restaurant in keeping with the times and part of The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. A place that has been home to celebrities, high-profile events and everyday bon-vivants since Situated in the best waterfront location imaginable, the hotel overlooks the Royal Palace and Gamla Stan, Stockholm s old town. Grand Hôtel Matbaren Stockholm Architect Ilse Crawford Utzon by Jørn Utzon JU1 More than a decade before Jørn Utzon created the Sydney Opera House, he put his childhood fascination of ships into this pendant, combining successfully the smoothness of the lines of a ship with the source of light.

Essential and alluring interiors and breath-taking views of the mountains of South Tyrol: Miramonti Bouique Hotel is perched high up at 1230 meters above sea level overlooking Merano about a 20mins drive away, in the north of Bolzano. 11 The SAS Royal Hotel was Copenhagen s first skyscraper when it completed construction in Award-winning Danish design company Space Copenhagen was responsible for the redesign of the world-famous landmark in 2017; including the entire meeting space, the new Café Royal Restaurant, the entire lobby and most of the guest rooms. Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Copenhagen Architect Arne Jacobsen / Space Copenhagen Loafer by Space Copenhagen Mayor by Arne Jacobsen & Flemming Lassen SC23 AJ6 Designed for the SAS Royal Hotel, Loafer is rounded in the back with a flat surface facing front and boasts a look that s soft yet sharp. As the name implies, Loafer is all about relaxing. The Mayor was initially introduced in 1939 in conjunction with Søllerød City Hall, also designed by Arne Jacobsen and Flemming Lassen.

12 Located in the centre of Münster a city renowned for its charm, history, and open-minded attitude Mauritzhof Hotel occupies a space on a lush promenade that circles the old town. Mauritzhof, Hotel Münster Architect Kresings & Lambs and Lions Bellevue by Arne Jacobsen Flowerpot by Verner Panton AJ8 VP1 The Bellevue lamp is one of the signature pieces from Danish design master Arne Jacobsen. Slim, statuesque and imbued with a timeless simplicity, the Bellevue Lamp was Jacobsen s first foray into lighting concepts. 15 With Italy, Cofoco s new restaurant concept, Norm Architects explored the balance between the unknown and the familiar, creating an atmosphere that is Italian, but that s seen from a Scandinavian mindset. 16 With a humble and intimate approach to the interior, Nærvær is formed by a casual atmosphere with small spaces and niches for guests to enjoy. With an interior design defined by an array of stone, wood and metal, the materials are all natural and have deliberately been altered in order to create dark and industrial surfaces that matches the mood of the place. This conscious focus on tactility brings a warm, material richness to the interior that naturally compliments the raw concrete walls and industrial framework of the space. 17 Find the red neon sign illuminating Østerbrogade, ascend the impressive staircase and find yourself at Madklubben Østerbro located on the first floor of a stunning building dating back to 1926, which surrounds Østerbro Athletic Stadium. 19 The interior of the Neighbourhood restaurant location has many faces. ATM has created a unique setting where quirky high-end details are paired with large rustic surfaces. A stairway leading down to a prohibition style basement and above it a large open atmosphere with a new experience on each level of seating. 20 The Silo is a former grain silo located just by Nordhavn s waterfront. The old concrete container has been remodeled into a top-notch residential building with 17 stories of luxurious apartments and public areas as well as a restaurant all designed by the Danish COBE architects. The interior in the restaurant has been carefully selected by Anne Louise Kastbjerg. 22 A 1950s bakery warehouse in North Melbourne has been converted into an 18-seat concept store with a chocolate brew bar in the centre. Located in a 1930 s residential building in the very heart of Moscow is Nude Coffee & Wine Bar, a small family establishment that was completed in 2014 by design studio Form Bureau. Mörk Chocolate, Boutique / Cafe Melbourne Mass Light by Norm Architects Nude, Cafe Moscow Architect FORM Bureau In Between by Sami Kallio NA5 SK1 Norm Architects detached the street lamps from its original use and transferred the shape and combination of materials in order to design an outstanding, indoor pendant the Mass Light. 23 The Langelinie Pavilion is a testament to post-war modernism, with its simple composition of three rectangular boxes of varying sizes stacked on top of each other. Architect couple Eva and Niels Koppel created modules of steel and glass to be aligned with the horizon, allowing for views of the Copenhagen waterfront and subsequent promenade, home to Denmark s famous Little Mermaid. The boutique features a large retail area, walk-in humidor and a large smoking lounge for customers to enjoy Davidoff cigars. It crawls along walls, bends over beams, and folds across corners, bringing light into spaces that other lighting solutions could never reach.

Merging man and machine by combining classic wood craftsmanship with compression moulding, Sami Kallio imbues the In Between bar stool with some Nordic soul.

Norm Architects has taken a modern Scandinavian approach to create a unique piece of furniture with a playful appearance of a living creature in motion. The flat seat also makes the stool equally useful as a side table.

The ambition was to design a lamp with a simple industrial feel, but which was still elegant and poetic. The idea behind the Cloud series was to combine the Italian and Danish traditions of making sofas. Cloud has the defined shape of the Danish design tradition and the soft and cosy pillows of the Italian heritage.
