The slightly rounded curves of the triangular aluminium column add ambience to any cityscape with the perfect combination of strong character and subtle elegance. It opens up a world of cohesive aesthetics and imparts identity to the city. From the outskirts to the city centre, it is now possible to create a string of truly coherent and elegant lighting. Designed to embrace the diversity of city spaces, the Plectre range is the most complete of all architectural lighting columns by Alfred Priess. The sleek lines of the anodised extruded aluminium construction are available in columns ranging from 4 to 8 m in height, in bollards with a wealth of visionary lighting options and in subtle marking lights that can be integrated into the paving. 4 LUMINAIRE 4G ANTENNA Close to perfection The tall columns specially designed for main roads come with a slim bracket with integrated LED, beautifully complementing the slender shape of the column. The luminaire meets all street lighting requirements up to class E to ensure adequate light at all times. In the Plectre columns designed for pedestrian streets, playgrounds and parking spaces, the integrated LED creates a completely different feeling and enables you to light up certain spots or areas. Aesthetic functionality Alfred Priess takes pride in always being one step ahead. And Plectre is no exception, integrating street lighting with modern telecommunication. The column s soft triangular shape can be equipped with an integrated 4G antenna at the top to cater for the growing need for telecom antennas in the city without in any way compromising the architectonic vision of a uniform look. To minimise radiation, the antenna is enclosed in a special PMMA material, shaped in accordance with the column itself.

5 CUSTOMISED Your column. Your choice. Plectre can be fi nished with different surfaces to accommodate specifi c preferences. As standard, the column is anodised aluminium but, for an extra charge, may be anodised in selected colours or powder-coated in RAL-colours (see examples below). We are also able to provide the columns with an anti fl y poster and graffi ti coating.
