3 our design team Interior Designers of Distinction Emma and her design team have more than 30 years combined experience in spatial design, interior architecture, engineering and construction. Working with our highly trained workshop technicians they are able to create stylish furniture solutions which are good looking, practical and robust. They also work closely with our educational furniture sales team to understand exactly the wants and needs of our clients, which are built into the final designs. As a tight-knit team of designers they ensure concepts and visions become reality, producing high quality 2D and 3D plan designs making it easy for clients to visualise the end result. Using 3D CAD furniture blocks they produce plans, sections, elevations and 3D visuals, enabling a smooth installation. The Solo range was the brainchild of our design team who have created a selection of new products to complement our existing range of secondary education furniture. It is a proven fact that students who remain at school during lunch breaks have a higher punctuality and attainment level. We have considerable experience in the design and manufacture of fixed or free standing dining furniture for either a traditional or a bistro experience. If space is tight, our range of folding dining tables is a great solution enabling you to transform a hall, atrium or sports hall into a temporary dining space. All our tables can be manufactured using a variety of leg frames for practical and comfort purposes

With the incorporation of kitchenettes, workstations and soft seating as well as lockers and pigeon hole units we are able to create a haven for teachers to take a much needed break. 21 specification specification specification Product Features: Under-bench storage system 1. Worktops The appropriate work surface can be chosen to match the application. Cut-outs for sinks and services are precision cut in the Claughtons factory on our state of the art CNC machine. 2. Worktop Upstand Upstands are fitted as standard to all work surfaces, with the finish chosen to match selected worktop material. 3. Carcass Backs Extra strength 18mm removable backs are supplied to all under bench units, to allow easy access to services located in the service void. 4. Corner Infill Fitted to provide the correct spacing into internal corners, allowing doors, drawers and trays to open without clashing. 5. Softwood Battens Fitted to the wall to provide support for the back of the storage system. 6. Plinth Once the storage units are in place a moisture resistant black MDF plinth is fitted using a clip-on system to the front, giving a functional and attractive finish. 7. Carcass Construction All under bench storage units are manufactured from 18mm MFC panels. Assembled in the Claughtons factory, the carcasses are screwed together to ensure strength and stability. 8. End Panels 18mm thick panels, edged in 2mm ABS provide good resistance and durability, and finish the end of an under bench storage system. 9. Adjustable Feet All under bench storage units are fitted with 100mm adjustable feet, to compensate for uneven flooring surfaces

24 useful information useful information Product specification Every effort has been made to ensure that all product specifications are correct at the time of printing. We reserve the right to alter product specification and design without notice. Delivery & Installation Delivery dates quoted will be adhered to wherever possible. We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances outside our control in the delay of goods. useful information Orders & Returns No order shall be accepted unless confirmed in writing preferably by with an official purchase order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Any goods not required will be charged for in full. The customer will receive order confirmation with prices and product specification shown. It is the responsibility of the customer to check details and inform Claughtons within one working day of errors and/or omissions. All goods are to be signed for on receipt. Errors, damages and shortfalls should be reported within three working days. Payment Goods will remain the property of Claughtons until paid in full. Agreed payment terms shall be adhered to. All late payments will incur penalties without notice. For a copy of customer credit terms, please contact our finance department. Each delivery &installation will be co-ordinated by a project manager, who will work with you the customer to plan the schedule of onsite works and be responsible for the supply and collation of risk assessments, data care manuals and any other relevant requested information. All charges for delivery & installation will be agreed at time of placing an order. warranty The Solo collection is manufactured using a carefully selected range of materials, which ensures functionality and quality throughout all of the furniture range. Once your installation is complete and everything has been checked and approved, we ensure you have peace of mind by offering our unlimited five year warranty against manufacturing defects.
