Copy area millwork acceptable. Need a line for a fax machine opposite side of counter from copier 2. 2 desk clerk computers side facing monitors, provide each with telephone 3. Cash register to be located at transaction counter, also adding machine, credit card machine 4. Also accommodate intercom system 5. Parent sign-in computer located on side facing lobby 6. KBJ presented options for a furniture solution (GFGI) to accommodate the filing/additional workstations needed in area behind millwork reception desk. (File space needed for children s records each child has 1 6- part file folder, approx children). KBJ to sketch furniture option on plan for Dawn/Karen to discuss with furniture vendor. (See attached cut sheet samples). Request for a floor box at this location. KBJ to discuss with Slone for verification. b. Isolation room: 1. Medicine cabinet verify with Slone what has been priced (commercial grade lockable cabinet?) 2. Need lockable cabinet for medicine storage. Also, typically have to accommodate numerous breathing treatment machines, etc. Suggestion to purchase through FF&E package lockable lateral files w/ counter top for medical storage. (Breathing treatments can be set on counter) KBJ can provide millwork laminate colors so that FF&E can be ordered to match. c. Breakroom: 1. Request for a vending machine receptacle. KBJ to verify RFP requirements lockers are indicated on finish schedule, acceptable by user. (20 double-tier) d. Nursing rooms: 1. Owner thought that there would be built-in wall mounted shelving to accommodate storage for 6-8 car seats for all nursing rooms. RFP unclear in room description. 2. Counter with storage below currently shown, request to keep as drawn (w/out drawers) with car seat storage above. 3. KBJ to review RFP & discuss options with Slone, verify pricing.

3 MEETING RECORD e. Activity Rooms - diaper/kitchen areas: 1. Diaper disposal KBJ to revise with Flip top, user group clarified description in rfp 2. No diaper storage drawers needed, revise to doors only 3. Kitchen area elevation: no drawers needed; full-height doors only for lower cabs. Upper cabinets open cubbies not needed; only full height doors. (KBJ to verify w/ rfp that cubbies are not required) f. Activity Room cubbies: 1. Request from user group to only provide 1 hook per cubby slot, cannot hang children s items back to back. RFP calls for 2 per slot, UFC states cannot hang back to back. KBJ to submit RFI for clarification. 2. Number of total slots per cubby per User Group: 10 for Infants/Pre-Toddlers, 14 for toddlers, 24 for preschool. KBJ to verify UFC requirements/descriptions. - Misc. items: a. All infant rooms: accommodate 8 cribs each, approx. 39 long by 26 wide (Pg 96 of catalog) b. Karen to provide a complete list of items required for display in lobby area. Items discussed in meeting include: directory, directional signage, bulletin board, tack able display, 3 photos, USDA license, AF inspection license, NAEYC license, menus, fire inspection posted, OI guidance policy c. RFP requires tackable/acoustic panels display for lobby area ( ) clarification need on tackable tacks re generally not used as they are a choke hazard does tack-able mean tacks or tacky surface? Dawn to forward spec for tacky surface material they currently have in the Youth center. Wall space is also limited in the Lobby and may be needed for display of items listed in B. above. d. Dawn requested a coordination meeting with the landscape designer & the playground specialist to review playground equipment and landscape designs. Stated an emphasis on Natural.
