He has created thousands of designs across hundreds of collections garnering over 90 design excellence and career achievement awards, including induction into the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Casual Furnishings Association. Speaking to his creative process in conceptualizing The Seaside Collection, Richard Frinier imparts that, As a native Southern Californian, I have lived in and around a coastal region for all of my life and I have also traveled extensively around the world, so I am naturally drawn to seaside destinations and lifestyles. Adding, Whether you are on the western, eastern or southern coastlines of America or visiting the Cote Azur of France or island hopping in the Caribbean, Hawaii or Southeast Asia, there is an inherent allure to seaside cities and resort villages that beckons us to come closer and then compels us to linger, leaving a lasting mark on our memories and in our hearts long after we have returned home. Color ways: Natural, Beach, Sand, Dune, Bluff, Mesa, Sunset, Seafoam, Sky, Heather and Pebble Stonebrook A lightweight, textured plain weave made from ratiné yarns with the appearance of beach sand. 7 UNPARALLELED PERFORMANCE UV / Fade Resistant Mold / Mildew Resistant Sun Protection Bleach Cleanable High performance, UV stabilized pigments are added during the production of fade-resistant Sunbrella fiber, giving Sunbrella yarn and fabric color throughout that won t fade or wash away. Think carrot. In ordinary fabrics, dyes are added to the surface of the yarn or fabric. The color only penetrates the outer layer and washes out or fades away over time. Think radish. CERTIFICATIONS Sunbrella shade fabric has achieved GREENGUARD GOLD Certification. Sunbrella shade fabrics are certified by GREENGUARD as contributing to healthy indoor air by being a very low emitting interior product. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends Sunbrella fabrics in shading products as an aid in the prevention of sun-induced damage to the skin as a part of a complete sun protection regimen, including regular use of sunscreen.

9 SUSTAINABILITY Solar Energy Zero Landfill A solar array at the Sunbrella plant in Norlina, NC generates enough energy to power 47 homes, and combined with an upgrade of all light fixtures, has reduced the plant s annual CO2 emissions by 1,000 tons. No Sunbrella manufacturing facility in the world sends waste to landfills. A result of our focus on efficiency, this monumental achievement allows Sunbrella to lead by example, putting sustainability into practice every day across the globe. Wastewater Reduction Create Less Waste Our unique coloring process not only makes Sunbrella fabrics fade-resistant, it also conserves more water than conventional dyeing processes. Because Sunbrella fabrics last longer and need to be replaced less often than traditional fabrics, they ultimately create less waste than fabrics that mildew, fade or lose strength quickly. 11 CARE AND CLEANING All Sunbrella fabrics are engineered to combine the highest level of design and performance. For easy day-to-day maintenance of your Sunbrella fabric: Brush off loose dirt. Spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Air dry. STAIN CHART Stain Butter/ Grease/Oil Recommended cleaning solutions Apply cornstarch as an absorbent, remove excess with a straight edge, clean up residual with dishwashing liquid and water. Chewing gum Chocolate Mildew Wine Treat with isopropyl alcohol. Then clean with 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid per 1 gallon water. Combine 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid and 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide per 1 gallon water. Combine 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid and 1 cup bleach per 1 gallon water. Combine 1/4 cup dishwashing liquid, 1/3 cup white vinegar and 1/2 cup - 1 cup isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide per 1 gallon water.
