The CNC laser cutting machine offers an ideal balance between speed and flexibility, while creating extremely accurate parts with a perfectly finished edge. Our facility houses two of these state-of-the-art units. While technology is applied where appropriate, there is no substitute for craftmanship. Assembly and finishing operations, such as welding, line-graining and edge polishing, are performed by highly skilled staff members to ensure the highest possible level of fit, finish, and quality. Unlike every other cooking method, induction directs 90% of the heat where you want it to the pan. An electromagnetic field uses the ferrous content of the pan as the heat generator itself, resulting in nearly twice the energy efficiency of gas or traditional electric with minimal residual heat being absorbed by the cooktop itself. The result is an extraordinary new way to cook, that is faster and safer, while incorporating the best of what traditional gas and electric have to offer: responsiveness and control. Wind Crest induction cooktops are equipped with multiple transformers, enabling true maximum power from every zone no power sharing. Our AutoPanSensing feature automatically matches the energy transferred to the pan s diameter, maximizing energy efficiency and minimizing residual heat loss. Since the majority of the heat is directed to the pan, your cooking surface remains relatively cool. No burned on food, which equates to easy cleanup! Technology Precision The AutoOff feature shuts the zone off if a pan is removed or overheats, and prevents the zone from being turned on if an object other than a pan is placed on the cooktop, resulting in unmatched safety. Power and Control. Precise, touch sensitive controls with 11 power settings ranging from 50 to 3600 watts (36 model) allow you to rapidly boil water on one zone, while melting & holding delicate food (like chocolate) on another. You can check cookware for Speed = Energy Efficiency compatibility with induction with this simple test. Take a magnet and touch it to the bottom of the pan.
