36 BAR UK SYSTEMS DISTRIBUTOR - UNDER BAR SYSTEMS TERMS & CONDITIONS - JANUARY 2018 DISCOUNTS The discount structure on IMC products will, as from January 2018, be set at a blanket base rate of 30% for all products ecept spare parts which is set at 20%. Additional discounts will be granted based on turnover and performance. ADDITIONAL QUANTITY DISCOUNTS The following additional discounts are available for bulk orders on all refrigeration products with the eception of Barcooler. Quantity ordered 6+ units Additional discount 5% These additional discounts are not available with other promotional prices. Additional discounts are from the net price, i.e. 40% plus 5% ORDERING RE-STOCKING If for whatever reason a new product is to be returned to IMC it must be unused and still in the original packaging. Prior to returning any product an RAA number must be obtained from IMC s customer service department. This number must be quoted on all future correspondence and clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Once received, the product will be inspected and, if found to be defective or damaged in any way, you will be contacted to ascertain if you want to collect the product. If accepted, a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 25% will be charged. Goods returned without a RAA number will incur a restocking charge of a minimum of 50%. PAYMENT TERMS Distributors must settle all invoices in strict accordance with our payment terms, which are net 30 days from date of invoice. IMC will retain title to goods it has supplied until such time as invoices are settled in full. TERMS & CONDITIONS All orders must be in writing and include an order number, delivery and invoice address. COLLECTION Any goods collected from IMC s premises in Wreham will be subject to an additional discount of 1% (packed) or 2.5% (unpacked). If collected unpacked, IMC does not accept responsibility for damage arising as a consequence. DELIVERY Free of charge for all orders over an invoiced value of 500 plus VAT, ecept for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles which incur a charge of 50% of the current carriage cost. All spares are subject to a carriage charge at the prevailing rate. Charges resulting from special instructions, to use a specific courier will be charged. Any damages/shortages must be reported to IMC within 24 hours of accepting delivery. No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been onward delivered by you. WARRANTY IMC s products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of sale by an IMC distributor or 15 months from the date of invoice, whichever is earlier. Products with etended warranty periods are identified within the price list. All IMC spare parts are covered by a three month warranty. Defects that arise from faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect use, connection to the wrong electricity supply and fair wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee. If a product needs to be returned due to a technical issue an RAA number must be obtained from IMC s customer service department before returning the product.
