3 Huilong produces and designs silicone rubber heater and kapton heater. Huilong's flexible silicone rubber heaters are designed to be thin and conformable, yet durable, to perform high-performance functions. The heating unit is composed of nickel alloy elements crafted with a fiberglass and silicone rubber composite. Our heaters are crafted to fit virtually any configuration, size or shape, with or without accessories. From triangular to conical or curved surfaces, around holes or protrusions, the heaters cover the surface required. With a perfect fit, they can precisely control temperatures with a minimal loss of heat. Plus, the heaters remain working at optimum capacity despite weather conditions. They are resilient even in icy or high humidity conditions.

10 Kapton heater Kapton is a DuPont polyimide film used in conjunction with etched foil circuits to produce very thin flexible heaters. Kapton has excellent dielectric qualities to provide 5000 volts dielectric per 0.001inch(0.025mm) thickness. Huilong's Kapton Heater can be made in any shapes, sizes and wattages. The working volts is from 1V to 100V. According to the different heating requirment, we can design different heating loop. So it has flexible designation. Because of the light heavy and heating evenly, it is using in many ways, such as Satellites, aerospace equipment, mobile devices.
