Every piece, even everyday items, go through many stages cleaning process starting with an evaluation of the fabric and ending with a final hand inspection. To ensure the same exacting quality standards and meticulous attention to detail is given to every garment that comes through our doors, we have developed the below seven stages process. 1) Detailing Garments are thoroughly inspected and prepared for cleaning and rejuvenation. This includes identification of fabric type(s) and garment construction techniques, protection or removal of buttons or ornamental detailing, surface surveying to locate, identify and log any marks or imperfections in preparation for stage two. 2) Stain Removal Performed by professionals using the most advanced techniques and drawing from long years of our team experience in treating stains.
