3 How GreenAire Humidifier (GAH) System Works: The GAH system uses electricity to vibrate small ceramic disks that sit underneath water in a tank. These ceramic disks vibrate at a very fast rate, MHz. As the disk vibrates it causes high frequency waves within the water that the water cannot absorb and which then results in cavitations. The cavitations create a small fountain of water vapor and mist to rise above each ceramic disk. The mist creates a man-made fog which then gets carried away into the air stream and becomes moisture used for humidification. A Disappearing Act: The most important issue for a humidifier is it s ability to stay dry by not wetting other surfaces in an air stream that could then provide a growth medium for bacteria and mold. The GAH system uses a unique method of fog introduction into an air stream. This method allows for the fastest and shortest absorption distance in the industry.
