1 1 PACKAGE AIR CONDITIONER UNITS 1.1 Monthly PM of Flame Proof for Analyzer House Air Conditioner Units at various locations.job includes but not limited to attending all complaints & rectifying the problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, cleaning of coils with water/ chemicals / recommended solutions, air pressure etc. as per direction of EIC. The brief description and PM Format has been mentioned in SCC PartB 240 EA 1.2 Monthly PM of Normal Package Air Conditioner Units at various locations.job includes but not limited to attending complaints & rectifying the problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, cleaning of coils with water/ Chemicals / recommended solutions, air pressure etc as per direction of EIC. The brief description and PM Format has been mention in SCC PartB 240 EA Attending & rectifying the problems as and when requirement basis, the work includes attending all complaints of Flame proof / Normal Package Air Conditioner Units at various location. Job includes but not limited to attending all complaints & rectifying the problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, if required cleaning to be done of coils with water and air pressure etc or as per direction of EIC. Supply and recharging of refrigerant as per direction of EIC, brazing it to copper piping connections. Leak test to be carried out to detect any leakage in the system by nitrogen pressure.vacuumize the system and charging with R22/R134A refrigerant (recommended gas as per manufacture) as per required and direction of EIC. The job also includes supply of the required refrigerant for filling and all other consumable required to complete the job and this work valid for six months followed by a leak test etc 60 EA 200 KG 1.5 Replacement of the compressor up to & including 2.5 TR to 7.5 TR in case of failure with the new compressor for package air conditioner units ranging from 2.5TR up to 15 TR. The works includes but not limited to supply of refrigerant gas, dismantling /replacement of faulty compressor, installation of new compressor in the equipment, brazing it to copper piping connections. Leak test to be carried out to detect any leakage in the system and rectifying it. Vacuumized the system, charging with R22/134A Refrigerant or recommended gas as per manufacture direction of EIC. The job also includes supply of the required refrigerant for filling and all others consumables required to complete the work. Only compressor shall be supplied by Gail and the faulty /Damage compressors will be the property of Gail and to be shifted at designated Gail Store 4 EA 1.6 Repairing of Semi Sealed 6D Voltas make compressor through M/s Voltas OEM, including supply of all spare parts and consumables and all other accessories required to complete the jobs to make ready compressor in all respect this job valid for Six Months. 2 EA 1.7 Installation of the condenser / evaporator unit of the package AC in case of failure and not repairable with the new condenser /evaporator unit of package air conditioner unit raging from 2.5TR to 15 TR, The work includes supply of recommended refrigerant, installation, testing and commissioning of new condenser / evaporator unit in the equipment after leak testing, brazing it to copper piping connections, leak test to be carried out to detect any leakage in the Units and rectifying it vacuumized the system and charging with R22 / R134A Refrigerant (Gas as recommended by the manufacturer) as per requirement and direction of EIC. The work also includes supply of all others consumables required to complete the work. The faulty /Damage condenser/ evaporator unit will be the property of Gail and to be shifted at designated Gail Store

5 Supply & Installation of new compressor including supply of R22 Gas and charging in case of failure with the compressor of 1.5 / 2.0 TR window / split air conditioners the work includes but not limited to replacement of faulty compressor, installation of new compressor in the existing equipment, brazing it to copper piping connections etc. Party will New Reciprocating / Hermatic Compressor for Window / split Air Conditioner Units ranging from 1.5 TR to 2.0 TR as per actual Make,Model and Rating as per instruction of EIC. Supply & Charging of R22 Refrigerant gas in case of low pressure & leakage of refrigerant gas in 1.5 /2.0 TR Window / Split air conditioners. This work valid for six months followed by a leak test etc. Dismantling and Replacement of fan / blower motor in case of failure with the motors of 1.5 /2.0 TR Window / Split air conditioners. The repaired motors shall be supplied by the GAIL, Only motor bush or bearing supply in the scope of Vender. The work includes but not limited to dismantling of faulty motor and replacement etc. Replacement of compressor including supply of R22 Gas and charging in case of failure with the compressor of 1.5 / 2.0 TR window / split air conditioners the work includes but not limited to replacement of faulty compressor, installation of new compressor in the existing equipment, brazing it to copper piping connections etc. Only compressor supply in the scope of Gail. Installation of 1.5 / 2.0 TR Window air conditioners the work includes but not limited to lifting & shifting of air conditioners from one locations to installation place (The location shall be decided by EIC), preparation of window with wooden frame, installation, testing to restore it in normal working condition. All consumables with AC wooden frame supply in the scope of vender. Only Gail shall be provided suitable wall Hole for Window Air Conditioners. Installation of 1.5 / 2.0 TR Split air conditioners the work includes but not limited to lifting & shifting of air conditioners from one locations to installation place (The location shall be decided by EIC), Making of wall Hole, fixing of out door and indoor unit, Installations, leak testing, Pipe brazing, gas charging & testing to restore it in normal working condition.
