42 Temperature Limiters Temperature limiters on ventilation channel now bipolar following new certification requirements (not self-resetting): 2 x 150 C for MW and MW Combi 2 x 220 C for Classic and Steam In case the temperature limiters will open all heating elements will be disconnected from both poles All other loads (including the user interface) will be disconnected from one pole 42

48 Valves on Combi Steam DESTEAM VALVE is normally closed, and will be opened in the desteam phase only. EXHAUST VALVE is normally open, and is activated during cooking to close the cavity. 65 Wet Steam Wet steam function shall be selected only if: Cavity temperature is lower than 80 C (check residual heat indication) Either Duration or End has been set using the timer functions because: Preset temperature is 96 C, adjustable down to 50 C (else than on the big steam oven, temperature is controlled using the oven sensor) Valve control is based on the programme duration: Exhaust valve activated (i.e. closed) during the whole cycle, except the last 5 minutes Desteam valve activated (i.e. open) during the last 5 minutes of the cycle 65
