Payment terms are strictly 30 days from month-end following date of invoice. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions may cause the withdrawal of credit facilities and any sums outstanding will then become payable immediately. Heat Mat Limited reserve the right to amend credit account terms or to withdraw facilities at any time. Title to goods does not pass until payment in full has been made to Heat Mat Limited. An administration fee of 30 will be charged for any returned cheques and bank payments. All warranties will become void if payments are not made in full. We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% over Barclays Bank base rate on any accounts paid not to terms. Heat Mat Limited reserve the right to change prices, discount structures and carriage terms with 30 days notice. As standard, carriage paid next working day delivery is provided free of charge to all mainland UK addresses with no minimum order value. (excludes Mira products and some pallet deliveries). The Heat Mat delivery promise ensures if your order is placed before 5pm on a weekday, we will despatch it to you via a nationwide carrier on a next working day delivery (excludes on hold accounts and orders that require palletised distribution and some pallet deliveries). All consignments can be tracked and will require a signature to complete the delivery process. Although we despatch orders as standard on a next working day delivery, Heat Mat is reliant on the carrier to fulfil the delivery and Heat Mat will not be held responsible for orders arriving late due to circumstances beyond their control. Where it is imperative you receive your order by a certain time you can upgrade to a timed weekday or Saturday delivery - please be aware this service is chargeable. In the rare event that your goods do not arrive in perfect condition please ensure that you sign for them as damaged and notify our Customer Support immediately. Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged must be notified within seven days of receipt of the goods. Returned items are only acceptable if accompanied by a Heat Mat Limited returns number. This returns number is supplied to you from our office when the request for a return is recorded. Returns numbers will only be valid for 30 days from date of issue. A credit note will only be issued on returned goods once they have been received back by Heat Mat Limited and have been checked and confirmed as being in a suitable condition for re-sale. With regard to Heat Mat Self-Levelling compound and Trace heating due to the nature of this product we do not accept it for return and credit unless due to a specification error by Heat Mat Limited.
