2 Attention Before Installation 1. Inspect this product to ensure you have all parts as shown that are required for proper installation. 2. The valve cartridge has been factory tested and adjusted DO NOT TAKE THE CARTRIDGE APART. Taking the cartridge apart will void the warranty. 3. Ensure that both hot and cold water feeds are properly connected to the marked lav connecting. 4. This product must be installed by a professional contractor. 5. Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached for installation directions. 6. Flow Pressure Min. 25 PSI, Max. 80 PSI. Recommended pressure 50 to 60 PSI. Installation Requirements Please read the instructions carefully so as to avoid any damage to the fixture. 1. To ensure this product is installed properly, you must read and follow these guidelines. 2. The owner/user of the faucet must keep this information for future reference. 3. Be sure your installation conforms to local codes. 4. Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached. Faucet is sold partially assembled but shown fully disassembled for illustrative and service purposes only. 5. Inspect this product toensure you have all parts required for proper installation. 6. Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw wrench on any finished surface. 7. If possible, install the faucet assembly on the sink or mounting surface before setting. 8. Do NOT use putty during this installation. Cleaners For Fittings And Accessories To avoid damaging the surface and working components of the fittings, certain precautions must be taken in terms of usage and subsequent cleaning as many cleaning agents contain acids for general cleaning and removing calcium deposits. 10 MAINTENANCE-REPLACEMENT OF THE DIVERTING CARTRIDGE Before proceeding with the maintenance of the cartridge, remove the regulation handle. Follow the instructions shown in section HANDLES REMOVAL at pag.14 page ) Unscrew the chromed adapter(1) anti-clockwise, paying attention not to lose the O- ring(2) 2) Remove the cover plate. 3) Close the water inlets. Remove the screw (3), remove the brass insert (4) and unscrew the threaded rod (5). Unscrew the flange(6) anti-clockwise, with a 21mm wrench. (⅞ ) wrench. Remove the diverting cartridge(7). 4) Before replacing the cartridge, clean thoroughly and grease the inner seat of the body. 5) Replace the cartridge. In case of TWO WAY DIVERTER, place the two pivots in their seats. With a THREE WAY DIVERTER, place the single pivot in its seat. 6) Reassemble all parts. 9

11 VERTICAL REGULATION OF THE DIVERTING HANDLE WITH INSERT Remove the closure handle. Follow the instructions shown in section HANDLES REMOVAL at page pag ) With square handle position it on the insert(1) and rotate until the vertical position is reached. (refer to image below). 10

13 MANIFOLD The manifold has always to be connected between the thermostatic mixer and shut off valve. The manifold, in off position, allows the passage of water from the inlet to the shut off valve. In open position water flows also through the two outlets. In case both outlets are not needed, close one with the plug provided in the package. (ATTENTION THE MANIFOLD DOES NOT WORK AS A DIVERTER) OFF OPEN 1) Unscrew the chromed adapter, paying attention not to lose the O-ring. Remove the cover plate. 2) 2) Unscrew the threaded rod with a 17mm wrench. (⅝ ). 3) Before unscrewing the headwork, make sure that both water inlets are closed.
