1 INSTRUCTION SHEET KIT CONVERSION, PELLET ICE, HEX, FOR THE IBD30 AND FS30 DISPENSERS - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT: BEFORE BEGINNING THIS PROCEDURE, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER, WATER AND DRAINS TO THE ICE MAKER. Remove Merchandiser by lifting and pulling back (see Figures a and b)..2 FOR FS30 UNITS ONLY A. Unlatch Reflector Assembly by pulling the two (2) catch knobs toward center of unit and then swing assembly up (see Figures 2 and 3). Continue lifting assembly until it locks in place (see Figure 4). B. Turn off power to Reflector Assembly by pressing Breaker Switch on Power Supply (see Figure 5). Note that the power is OFF when a white line is showing (see Figures 6 and 7). Push the agitator towards the rear of machine to disengage it from the wheel. B. Pull the agitator to the side to clear the wheel hub (see Figure ). C. Push the Ice Shroud back towards rear wall such that the ice chute clears the top wall of the ice bin. B. Push the Ice Shroud into the ice bin ensuring that the ice chute fits into the ice chute opening in the ice bin (see Figure 9). Begin by inserting the end of the Agitator into the Bearing on the back wall. B. Push Agitator towards rear to allow clearance between the Agitator and Wheel Hub and align agitator with Wheel Hub. C. Fit the Agitator to the Wheel Hub. Figure 22 Figure 23.6 Reinstall the Agitator Pin (see Figure 22)..7 Reinstall the Agitator Clip (see Figure 23). 4

5 Figure 24 Figure 25.8 Install the Shield (see Figure 24). A. Hold shield so that the hooks are facing the front of the machine. B. Slide the Shield into the Ice Shroud ensuring that the Shield is captured between the Ice Shroud and the Ice Bin at the top left and right corners (see Figure 25). NOTE: Figure 25 shows a detailed view of the Shield being captured between the Ice Shroud and the Ice Bin C. Also ensure that the Tab at the bottom of the Shield aligns with the Slot at the bottom of the Ice Shroud and fully seats (see Figure 26 and Figure 27). Labels are affixed to the top of this cover indicating the proper orientation for each machine (see Figure 32). *CCP Part Number 0787 An X in the left columns indicates the parts used in the installation for an IBD30 Dispenser or an FS30 Dispenser. 6
