MINIMUM ORDER Opening order of $250 required and minimum repeat orders of $200 after. A handling charge of $10 will apply on all orders with a value of less than minimum established. Minimum order per item is one case pack ($10 fee will apply if case packs are broken). RETURNED GOODS Goods returned will not be accepted for credit without authorization. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returned goods for credit where Fagor America is not at fault. SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE Fagor America will issue credit on shortages and/or damages only if claim is reported within 7 days of delivery.
