We are London Cool Limited 14 Wall or floor mounted systems Wall mounted or floor mounted air conditioning systems are ideal for retail, restaurant, office and residential use. They can be mounted at the desired level from floor to ceiling and are available in cooling capacities ranging from 2.0kW to 11.0kW. All are available with heat mode as a standard option. Ceiling recessed cassette systems (available in a compact model with some manufacturers) The ceiling recessed cassette are perfect for setting into a suspended ceiling. The space saving design works well in offices, shops and commercial premises. They are ultra-quiet in use and are available in cooling capacities ranging from 2.0kW to 15.0kW. The wall mounted controller that comes with this type of system includes heat mode as a standard option. Ceiling suspended systems Available in two different styles, you have the option for a one-way blow or a four-way blow on the ceiling suspended air conditioning systems and range from 2.0kW to 15.0kW. This style of air conditioning unit is very quiet in operation and can be mounted directly onto the ceiling or suspended from it at a desired height. Cool or heat mode can be controlled by either keypad remote controls or wall mounted control panels. Ducted systems Ducted air conditioning systems are often the most practical choice for large areas where air distribution becomes beyond the reach of a normal split type air conditioning unit. The grilles can be placed virtually anywhere you wish and will blend unobtrusively with any interior decor.

17 Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance, Breakdown & Repairs London Cool & Midland Cool specialise in the service & maintenance, emergency breakdown call outs and repairs on all split type and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, offering a nationwide service to all industries and sectors. Service & Maintenance Agreements or Contracts Air Conditioning Repairs If you already have your air conditioning installed, or are in the process of having an installation, now is the time to think about the routine maintenance in order to prolong the efficiency and maximise the performance of your system(s) but also to avoid costly damage which can arise through lack of preventative maintenance. We pride ourselves on our understanding at to how important it is to our clients to be able to arrive at their premises in the quickest, most sufficient time possible to repair their air conditioning equipment before any major financial impact kicks in. Service and maintenance agreements/contracts are also required in order to comply with the manufacturer s extended parts warranties and should be in place within 3 months of final commissioning following installation. Air conditioning nowadays is extremely reliable but, as with all mechanical equipment, breakdowns do occur however well maintained the equipment may be. When this happens it is good to know you have a reliable supplier readily available. We are able to provide tailor made routine service agreements to suit your needs. Air Conditioning Breakdown We offer a breakdown/repair service to all air conditioning systems which may have ceased working, through to air conditioning systems which are just throwing out a bad odour when switched on. Here at the London Cool Group, we are fully aware that air conditioning can be vital to businesses, that said, it is vital to a wide variety of our customers. Should your equipment fall into that unfortunate category of being unable to be repaired on the same day, we can arrange for portable equipment to supplied in the interim. Faults and breakdowns can massively disturb the atmosphere of any workplace as well as causing effects on the financial side of any business should leading equipment breakdown with the requirement of immediate repair. Breakdowns, unfortunately cannot always be rectified at the point of the call out as parts may be required.
