9 Towel warmers THE MOST COMFORTABLE WARMTH 5 year guarantee The production process used to make DL Radiators bathroom radiators has been developed over decades, achieving such a high level of quality and precision during the various welding and assembly phases that DL Radiators guarantees its radiators for 5 years. Quality and performance DL Radiators design radiators are the ideal solution for the most comfortable warmth in bathrooms. The geometrical arrangement of the elements has been designed to produce the best possible heat output according to the dimensions of each bathroom radiator to offer a wide choice of models from a vast range. Production of each bathroom radiator starts with design and initial testing prior to production employing a number of different welding technologies and a painting process able to give each radiator the right surface finish. After welding and fabrication of the metal structure, all bathroom radiators are tested at high pressures (tube towel warmers at 13 bars and flat tube towel warmers at 6 bars) to verify the perfect tightness of the structure and non-deformability of the towel warmer. Bathroom range The DL Radiators range of bathroom radiators includes straight and curved towel warmers with round or flat tubes for products to satisfy the most diverse tastes. The appearance of the towel warmers can be modified according to the end user s wishes as the range includes both chromed and coloured versions. An electrification kit is available for each towel warmer, allowing the radiator to also be powered electrically for use either connected to the home s heating installation or to the mains electricity supply to produce the warmth required to heat the bathroom quickly and independently. The range includes a number of models with central connection. Each bathroom radiator is supplied with an air vent and set of mounting brackets. Painting The top quality painted finish of DL Radiators is created using an industrial process from the automotive sector, giving each element a glossy long-lasting colour. The bathroom radiators are painted using a three-phase system: Hot degreasing and a new chemical treatment Epoxy powder coating and baking at 220 C to give the radiator a bright glossy finish The colour is the characteristic DL Radiators white Chrome plating The chrome plating of chrome finish radiators is closely monitored by Quality Control. The controls begin during the pre-production phase with analysis of the surfaces (particularly important when chrome plating flat tube radiators), then continue during immersion in the chrome bath, monitoring of values during electroplating and final checking to analyse the brightness of the chrome finish in accordance with DIN TOWEL WARMERS 007

The electric components have 2 years warranty. Quality and performance DL Radiators towel warmers stand out for the meticulous development of the steel structure and indepth design and control of the electrical components. Representing the best possible combination of towel warmer and electric heating element, the electric radiators are developed from top quality bathroom radiators. The heating elements and thermostats are tested in limit conditions to verify the quality of the electrical components, the actual IP class and the electrical insulation, fundamental for the safety of radiators for installation in wet environments such as bathrooms. Electric towel warmers range The DL Radiators range of bathroom radiators consists of towel warmers with painted and chromed round and flat tubes and are often parallel to the hot water versions. Many radiators are available in a number of versions with different thermostats. The electronic controls used to operate the heating elements range from simple functional Class 1 ON/ OFF switches to more sophisticated Class 2 electronic thermostats with LCD display, remote control and various functions. Painting The top quality painted finish of DL Radiators radiators is created using an industrial process from the automotive sector, giving each towel warmer a glossy long-lasting colour. The bathroom radiators are painted using a three-phase system: Hot degreasing and a new chemical treatment Epoxy powder coating and baking at 220 C to give the radiator a bright glossy finish The colour is the characteristic DL Radiators white, in accordance with DIN Chrome plating The chrome plating of chrome finish radiators is closely monitored by Quality Control. Quality and performance DL Radiators aluminium electric radiators are the most suitable appliances for heating the home in electric heating systems or when you want to heat a room independently from the central hot water installation. The aluminium structure exploits the metal s ability to absorb and release heat rapidly, warming the room faster than with a steel radiator. Aluminium radiators are lighter than the steel equivalent, facilitating wall mounting. The double function enables the room to be heated rapidly by the jet of hot air coming from the fan heater during the first few minutes of operation, until the towel warmer reaches a suitable working temperature to give off the right warmth. The fan heaters are Class 2, IP 24 and can be operated independently from the electric towel warmer with three operating modes. As well as the three electric modes, the mixed fan radiators can also be connected to the central heating system for use as traditional hot water radiators. MULTICOLONNA PACKAGING The Multicolonna line of products is packed with polystyrene corner elements and waterproof heat shrink tape (for storage in damp conditions); further protection is provided by elements protecting the tubes and pouches protecting the connections (with holes to allow the radiator to be connected on site without removing the packaging). The accessories inlcuded in the packaging, if so, (brackets, screws, ecc) are packed in plastic bag. STEEL PANEL PACKAGING Vertical transport DL Radiators Plattella panels are packed with cardboard strips reinforced at the top and bottom and further reinforced by plastic corner elements to avoid damage to the corners. The complete packaging is covered with heat shrink tape for storage in damp conditions. The images illustrate vertical and horizontal stacking on pallets (the stacking shown and pallets used in these photographs are not standard DL Radiators, nor exclusive, but merely illustrative.
