Project Energy-Efficient Multi-Storey Residential Building No. 1 in the Territory Adjacent to the Regional Hospital within an Area of the Sputnik Microdistrict with Development of an Adjacent Territory in Mogilev, Section Energy Efficiency 1.1 Pre-Commissioning Works of Building Heat Supply System with the Use of a Solar Collector and Waste Water Heat The pre-commissioning works (thermal engineering, automation) on the heat supply system of the building under construction need to be executed and a complete package of the postcompletion documentation required to commission the project and turn over the building heat supply system with the use of a solar collector and waste water heat to the service providers needs to be prepared. 7 The system is intended for the hot water supply of the residential building under construction using the equipment for extracting the residential building grey water heat, solar energy heat and a heating unit equipped with the devices for extracting heat from the CHP district heating network. According to the design documentation the system comprises the following functionally integrated systems: -Subsystem 1 solar collector storage tank (see project Sections HS1, HSA); -Subsystem 2 storage tank building hot water supply system (see project Sections HS1, HSA); -Subsystem 3 grey waste water heat recovery unit building hot water supply systems (see project Sections HS2, HS1, HSA). Note: for the automation system subsystems 1 and 2 are integrated. The automation system comprises as follows: - Temperature controller DX4306 for subsystem 1; - Hot water supply system controller for subsystem 2; - Solar system controller common for subsystems 1 and 2. 7

16 1.2 Pre-Commissioning Works Supply and Exhaust Ventilation System with Exhaust Air Heat Recovery The pre-commissioning works (ventilation, automation) on the ventilation system of the building under construction need to be executed and a complete package of the postcompletion documentation required to commission the project and turn over the building ventilation system with the use of a supply and exhaust ventilation units with exhaust air heat recovery to the service providers needs to be prepared General Description of Supply and Exhaust Ventilation System with Exhaust Air Heat Recovery The system is intended to provide the specified indoor climate parameters and ventilation of residential and auxiliary premises. The design documentation for ventilation system with exhaust air heat recovery - see project Sections HV1 and HVA (Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference). 16

19 1.3 Engineering Equipment Dispatching System A complete package of the post-completion documentation for pre-commissioning works on the engineering equipment dispatching system of the residential building under construction needs to be prepared which is required for commissioning the project and turning over the building dispatching system to the service providers. External sources include as follows: - heating network; - municipal electric power system. Internal sources: - waste water heat recovery unit; - system of solar collectors. The obtained data are used to further analyze and adjust the engineering systems operating modes. The dispatching system includes the data obtained from the apartment ventilation and heat supply system controllers.
