Turbo Coil Remote Rack System assures customers maximum energy savings and a substantially smaller environmental footprint. Turbo Coil systems have been successfully integrated into LEED certified buildings. The Turbo Coil air cooled Remote Rack System utilizes safe HFC s and offers excellent operating efficiency by using multi-circuited condensers for up to 20 compressors and ice makers. This highoperating efficiency is made through effective use of the condenser coil surface area. The large condenser coils provide the the unit with summer design temperature differences (TD s) lower than traditional designs allow. Lower design TD s produce lower condensing temperature which produce lower compression ratios and higher compressor capacities, thereby reducing operating cost. Turbo Coil Remote Rack Systems are easier to install, easier to service and much less expensive to operate. Complete factory assembly eliminates on-sight construction costs of built- up systems by refrigeration technicians and electricians in the field. The Turbo Coil Remote Rack System is primarily designed for institutional food service operations including but not limited to: hospitals, universities, schools, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Turbo Coil Remote Rack Systems pull fresh air over the compressor bodies to reduce thier operating temperature. Compressor ventillation has become increasingly important to extend it s lifespan. R-404A refrigerant is used for all applications. 2

Each component of our patented compact coil was carefully engineered for easy isolation and replacement, resulting in less cost and down time to the consumer. Additionally, each unit can be positioned as a ceiling mounted, mullion, up blast or front discharge coil. This versatility allows the coil to fit the design, rather than the design catering to the limitations of the coil. Turbo coil was designed from the service tech s perspective with the restaurant s bottom line in mind. The designs of our products and our manufacturing procedures reflect this very well in all that we do. Our products are made from stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. Our components are interchangeable and can be replaced individually and are all 100% recyclable thus no need to ever replace our entire units. We have new products being developed that will be HFC refrigerant free and use non-polluting refrigerants and Glycol that are 100% ozone friendly and Non CO2 generating. Our products will have long life spans to eliminate UN-needed manufacturing of new units in the future. 6 We at Turbo Coil are pleased to introduce the coil that s changing it all. With it s stainless steel design, maximum high-efficiency blower fans, and innovative digital temperature control. Each component was carefully engineered for easy isolation and replacement, resulting in less cost and down time to the consumer, additionally, each unit can be positioned as a ceiling maounted, mullion, up blast or front discharge coil. This versatility allows the coil to fit the design, rather than design catering to the limitations of the coil. 90 DAY LABOR WARRANTY Turbo Coil warrants all labor for 90 days from the date labor was performed by Turbo Coil. 1 YEAR PARTS WARRANTY Turbo Coil warrants to the original purchasers, the equipment manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service within 12 months from the original shipment from the factory. This warranty includes parts only. 5 YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY Turbo Coil warrants to the original purchasers, the equipment manufactured by it. Turbo Coil will replace for a period of 60 months from the date of original shipment from the factory the cost of shipping and replacement of compressor if it has been determined to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of labor for initial installation, start-up, correction of improper installations, misapplications, repairs caused by abuse and negligence, modifications, normal adjustments, travel time to and from repair site, and refrigerant recovery. Merchandise sold by Turbo Coil has to be paid for in full for any warranty to take effect. 5 YEAR CONDENSING COIL WARRANTY Turbo Coil warrants to the original purchasers, it will repair or exchange at our option, at any time during the five years following the date of original shipment from the factory a Condensing Coil assembly of similar design and capacity if the Ccondensing coil assembly or any part thereof is returned prepaid to the nearest authorized dealer and is proved to our satisfaction to be inoperative due to defects in material or factory workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any electrical controls, fan motors, temperature control or wiring harnesses nor does the warranty cover service labor or the misuse in the cleaning, installing and negligence of said Condensing Coil. No claims can be made against this warranty for spoilage of product. Replacement of the Evaporator core must receive prior approval from Turbo Coil. Merchandise sold by Turbo Coil has to be paid for in full for any warranty to take effect.
