The innovative Green Counter counts the number of plastic bottles saved from waste. These units are offered with our optional WaterSentry Plus filtration system. Green water coolers and chiller products, including HAC, vandal resistant, OVL-II and SJ8GRN feature high-efficiency refrigeration systems and reduced refrigerant usage. HVRGRN and OVL-II GRN include SmartFlow bubblers for conserving water usage over the average market performance. Our Marblyte composite fountain series has been awarded the U.S. Department of Agriculture BioPreferred designation. These fountains are produced from corn and soy which are rapidly renewable agricultural materials. Many of our products feature our exclusive Halsey Taylor Double Bubbler which projects two separate streams that converge to form a fuller, more satisfying drink. Additionally, most of our products are offered with optional filtration systems which are NSF/ ANSI 42 and 53 certified. 53 Terms and Conditions PRICES All prices quoted herein supersede all prior published price sheets and are subject to change without prior notice, without exception. TAXES We, as the manufacturer, shall not be held responsible for any sales or excise taxes or other governmental charges imposed on the product or for its use or resale. TERMS As standard. FREIGHT ALLOWANCES All prices are FOB Origin. Shipments of $1,500 ordered Halsey Taylor products, full freight allowed. Drop shipments to job site are FOB Origin. Actual freight charges will be added to all parts and accessory orders under $250. FREIGHT CLAIMS Our responsibility as the manufacturer of our products definitely ceases upon delivery in good order to any carrier or transportation company. Should material be received in a damaged condition, it is the consignee s responsibility to file proper report and damaged freight claims. All materials are shipped at the consignee s risk. For your own protection, we recommend visual inspection of materials prior to signing carrier s receipt. SHORTAGES Claims for shortages or variances must be submitted in writing within 10 days following receipt of invoice or shipment, otherwise they will not be honored. This includes colored ware, special sizes, special drilled items, fabrication or plating, items and components as purchased from other manufacturers, unusual design features or fixtures requiring special supervision at the factory.
