1 BYLAW 24911D&P/13 BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF STONY PLAIN IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE SOUTH BUSINESS PARK AREA STRUCTURE PLAN BYLAW 11731D&P/94 AS AMENDED BY: BYLAW 20581D&P/98 "South Business Park Area Structure Plan Amendment" BYLAW 20641D&P/98 BYLAW 21551D&P/02 BYLAW 22091D&P/04 "South Business Park Area Structure Plan Amendment" BYLAW 2268/D&P/06 "South Park Area Structure Plan Amendment" BYLAW 22721D&P/06 "South Park Area Structure Plan Amendment" BYLAW 24551D&P112 "South Business Park Area Structure Plan Seventh Amendment" It is deemed advisable to amend the South Business Park Area Structure Plan. The Council of the Town of Stony Plain in the Province of Alberta, pursuant to authority conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta, 2000 hereby enacts as follows: 1. That this Bylaw 2491/D&P/13 be cited as "South Business Park Area Structure Plan Eighth Amendment" 2. Amendments to the South Business Park Area Structure Plan: a. That the "Amended Land Use Concept" referenced as Figure 3 in the South Business Park Area Structure Plan Bylaw 1173/D&P/94 and shown in Figure A: Existing Land Use Concept be replaced with Figure C Future Land Use Concept with Amendment in order to facilitate a change in the land use designation from low density residential to high density residential for the area immediately west of Boundary Road and north of 44 th Ave and east of the low density residential lands along Sun Meadows Close and south of Highway 16A. The change to the Land Use Concept Map is illustrated in Figure B: Proposed Changes to Land Use Concept.

If any portion of this bylaw is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of the bylaw is deemed valid. 5. That this bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon the date of third reading and singing in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.
