6 History of the Alfresa Group Alfresa Corporation partially transfers stocks of Specialty Medical Distribution Corporation to TOMITA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Kumamoto Prefecture) and Moroo Co., Ltd. (Hokkaido) The pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales business of Sannova Co., Ltd. (Gunma Prefecture), which was a consolidated subsidiary of Eisai Co., Ltd., is taken over and begins its operations as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company Odashima Limited (Iwate Prefecture) becomes a subsidiary of Fukujin Co., Ltd. Fukujin Co., Ltd., AZWELL Inc., and Taishodo Co., Ltd.
