The operator got out, inspected the damage and then got back into this vehicle and continued on onto 495SB. The RP was in front of the vehicle and could not see a front license plate. The RP went on to report that the suspect vehicle was driving at a very slow rate of speed so the RP could not get behind it to read the rear license plate. MSP Foxborough advised. The RP reports he will be exiting at Exit 9 and the suspect vehicle appears to be continuing SB on 495. MSP updated.
